I understand the whole point is this Dad guy is primarily a victim in all this but his patheticness is reaching the point my pity is turning to irrational anger.

He is 44, still renting in LA, desperate for pocket change, will do anything for anyone, both desperately wants to be seen as humble while simultaneously saying he is what makes every event, from the documentary, to the first two creator clashes to the game grumps tours.

This interview really makes me think his wholesome humility thing is even more just a put on than I already thought, there’s so many signs there is a massive ego just barely under the surface he is desperate to hide because it would make his general failure look even worse. The last 30 mins of the interview feels like him desperately trying appear “real” and “humble” because he realised how much of his taint he showed. In that final half hour uninterrupted cope rant he even whines multiple times about being bullied in hs (imagine whining about hs at 44, if anything sounds like he didn’t get bullied enough) and how he is told he has to stand up for himself more, which is TOTALLY the only reason he spent half the convo taking credit for every event he has ever been in. It’s more likely the opposite and the Dad character is why we don’t see his ego even more.

Idk none of this excuses what CC did to him, but his fakeness on display kinda explains how he got in bed with these people to start.

He is legitimately low IQ and desperate for fame, not only does he gets shafted constantly and tolerate things even the most naive person would have noticed and left all in hopes to get a crumb of recognizion but he also seem to take the most retarded decisions ever like keep boxing "profesionally" when hes like 40 fucking years old, his brain is completely mush already from sparring and in an era where nobody cares about boxing, i can see why he didnt made it, bro is a total tard.

Everyone involved in CC3 has been some kind of retard or malicious retard that joined because they wanted the fat money bag and some good boy points cuz "muh cancer charity" knowing full well the last one was a total failure, everyone got what they deserved, this was Froggy's Divine Retribution.

Suffah Nathan, enjoy brain damage.

What they bought it for and what they will sell it for depends on the competitiveness of the market. IIRC, they bought the house for more than the listed price. That’s because in a strong market like Seattle you bid over the listed sale price because that’s what other potential buyers are doing. Having said that, they will have trouble breaking even. A small loss after fees etc (maybe $20,000 ish) is more likely.

On a side note, it surprises me as a non-Burgerlander that auctions are more used for distressed sales. It’s common in Australia to sell by auction and watch buyers with FOMO panic themselves into stupid bids. Source: have bought and sold in competitive markets for real estate.

What's worse is that they chose the absolute worst time to buy. The Seattle market hasn't collapsed or anything, but Q1 2022 was the peak of a local price bubble that almost immediately dropped 10%. The market average has slowly worked it's way back up, but is still not up to what it was in the peak when they bought.

Retards gonna retard. At least they listed in summer when there are more buyers about.

It's close enough, because real estate agents are required on both ends of most sales, as a buyer you still regularly end up in bdding wars with other unseen prospective buyers and often end up paying more if there's other interested parties. It feels like an auction, but slower.

As a seller you may have to do multiple showings of the house, but then you get to kick back and let the offers roll in, and escalate by telling the buyers you're going with such and such offer and they get to rebuttal like in a poker game. Sometimes you get to take a lower offer because you favor a family with kids over some scumbag investor too.

Generally the best time to sell in the Seattle market (when more buyers are looking) is spring. When they bought in March '22 was literally the worst possible time to buy in the last 10 years.

The only positive thing I can say is that the last six months is the first time since the dip in June '22 where they have a hope of coming within 5% of their original purchase price. But eating the closing fees and remodel costs is absolutely brutal.

Go to the doctor, Anus, you look like you're having a seizure.

Maybe she thinks being a Twitch streamer means having an actual twitch? But seriously, what is she attempting? Is it just rage bait? Is she so desperate for attention , any attention at all, that even bad attention, where people laugh and point, is better than no attention at all? Is it some kind of joke that only she gets? Or..is she truly that delusional that she really thinks there's something attractive and sexy, or even slightly cute about whatever it is she's trying to do?

anisa's retardation is bleeding idubbbz dry lmao
Lol so they came away from it with -100k equity plus three years of some of the most extreme property tax bills on earth. At least they got to experience the high culture of walking around Seattle while trying to avoid getting stabbed by some zombified homeless guy's aids needle.

It was the last time you could buy with the low interest rates. Near the end of 2022 was when interest rates were massively increased.
