With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Letty put in the effort to network beyond the FT sphere (although I think the FT bonafides did help get her foot in the door) and it paid off. Not saying it would work if any ex-fish tried but most of them haven't.

When jet was pulling the fish into confessional talking to them about their moves post-tank, the advice he gave to Aryeh and Daniel was essentially as soon as they start streaming distance themselves from Fishtank as much as possible because if they don't they'll become 2views who are only relevent when the show is on. Paraphrasing a bit, but not a lot.

I dunno, I think after the potential sex pest accusation a few years back he has just stuck to the "heh gamers are such incels who care about video games (yuck) unlike me who spends $500 a week going to disney land to buy funkopops" shit

Mega64 and especially him are super fast to block you if you point out he is not exactly a chad he tries to claim to be.

I'm so stoked for ConGREGated. Until I see otherwise he's absolutely done his research, has a team helping him setup everything competently, and most importantly has a plan. In my ideal world he'd be the creative lead for Fishtank. Then we'd get some stable content for once.

Summary of her 60 min stream. In line with her FishTank tenure, it wasn't very interesting. 80% of it is just people thirsting and asking if Jet fucked her and if her hymen is in tact.

Notes:
  • Opens up eating food (subpar table manners), all alone with "no groypers or wiggers to be found"
    • Is eating the same restaurant as last night (in NYC with unlimited options, fellow basement dweller)
  • Feels bad about rubbing Aryeh's back, did not intend to steal Ben's bit (unclear if bad delivery or whoosh)
  • Did not cry in the bathroom after Ben yelled at her.
  • Apologized to Angie for dox, claims she forgot she lived in Florida.
    • Her defense is she's retarded (checks out).
  • Tattoo is fake, won't scrub off fully. Came from Jerry's cosplay.
  • Regrets missing the Hassle.
  • Going to spend the 8k on hamsters and create a hamster fishtank.
    • Jokingly says the winning hamster will get to live.
  • Going back home tomorrow (so roadtrip was just to NYC)
  • Ricky joins. She mogs Ricky saying she did a lot of walking.
    • Bring up prom bit again—Ricky and Letty going w/Ellie as a polycule.
  • Ellie hates NYC
  • Ricky and Ellie are going to stream games together.
    • Ricky offered to set up every fish with a streaming setup.
    • Ricky leaves.
  • Still waiting on getting paid.
  • Sad it ended, enjoyed the bunker.
  • Wants to be "the next bossman jack and gamble her life away on osrs"

  • She felt she nerfed herself because she was playing it super safe.
  • Thinks the buyback is a joke (another L for Daniel)
    • Thinks anyone who wants back on will be let back on (doubt)
    • Is going to deposit her 8k and not spend it (asian)
  • Gets recognized by the manager of the restaurant.
  • She is "safe from the wiggers" they are all gone (so just Ellie and Direnc in NYC now)
  • Has been lurking /ftl/ and pissing Direnc off by being a shut-in
  • Says "God is real, Christ is LORD."
  • She has enough credits to graduate high school first semester, but will stay the full year (wtf? she's gunna be 19 when she graduates)
