I remember a lot of people theorizing Sir Pentious was some kind of soldier due to the way he talked and also him wearing a uniform in the finale. View attachment 7599159
Can't wait to see that become not the case.
It was speculated he was a warlord inventor who worked for the East Indies company. Well, thats out the window with the leaks of him being a shut in hermit inventor.
I don't even know what Stella is even supposed to be! Is she a peacock? An eagle? Others said swan (ffs I swear if Viv can't draw a SWAN'S BILL to make it identifiable for shit). I'm sure we assumed she was another owl at first. A secretary bird?
I've seen some sources say Stella's meant to be a pea hen and well....
I can kinda see it. The problem is she's based on a niche species of bird only die hard ornithologists would give a rats ass about.
How hard was it to keep ONE uniform style of having the goeitas all be based on owls? Could have helped with the idea they're all supposed to be the "stuffy snooty snobbish conformists" of hell that I think she was trying to convey with the ones who aren't vassago and stollas.

She's Andrealphus' sister. The Andrealphus from The Lesser Key of Solomon actually is a peacock, though the sources I can find state that he can appear as a peacock or a human. Regardless, to give Viv a little credit, making her a peafowl didn't come out of nowhere.
I was curious about something, and found a coincidence.
Orphan Time is about dying children and injured puppies. Look at what's on Mister Roger's website:

Why was this short released right as the company reran this monthly episode?
This has got to be a coincidence, right? And not on purpose?

Well, I'll chalk it up to coincidence. However, we don't know people, so I am open to the possibility it was on purpose without confirming anything as of now. If it were indeed intentional, then I'm sure it's a "fuck you evil, straight, white, old man" move.
Also, look at the cope here. They really want Mr. Wiggles to be bad just so their favorite characters can be good. I kinda blame the writing. Aside from turning Helluva Boss into Blitzo's sad love story, they have only shown bad/annoying/asshole people getting killed. How about show some more nice people being killed, too, in place of the Stoliz faggot shit? Like, give IMP a mission only to kill one normal bunch of individuals, then the targets run away, and due to IMP being retarded, they go on a wild goose chase, get carried away in the heat of the moment, and start killing random innocent people.
Viv and the other designers just suck that bad at drawing older people who aren't ugly or funny-looking like the dying Lyle Lipton in S1. Simply add in some lines on Mr. Wiggles's face for the bare minimum!
Or, Mr. Wiggles is that healthy. I've seen a myriad of older people who don't look their age, with little to no grey hairs and minimal wrinkling, and still able to do certain levels of physical activity, even refusing help in moving! He could have even dyed his hair and did plastic surgery - mind you, the people saying he's sacrificing kids are usually all for chopping off your tits to feel good about yourself, but apparently, a one-off character cannot color his hair for personal reasons. Fun fact: a lot of special ed children cannot cope with changes and will lose their shit at the slightest change even in a person's getup, like different lipstick or perfume (I know this because my uncle works with sped kids and he tells us his stories and what he learns). I won't put it past a truly good man like Mr. Wiggles to accept special ed kids, so he can take that into account and dyes his graying hairs and even hides his wrinkles so the special kids can feel safe around him. Of course, the chronically-online watchers won't know this or think about it because all they do is stay indoors all day and goon to Loona.
However, I have a feeling that because of this, Viv is going to bend over to her fans and reveal through even an Easter Egg that Mr. Wiggles is a child trafficker billionaire who stayed young because of Loopty Goopty's anti-aging machine. Like, bitch, grow a spine.
And the sad part is if she does end up going that route it completely ruins the mood I was getting from the original short. That bad things happen to good people, life sucks, live with it.
A "message" the few honest to goodness fans Viv and co have left really need to hear.

And that some people are genuinely bad people doing bad things, but can still be good behind the scenes of their bad deeds, though that doesn't excuse them. It could show that IMP's job is already bad enough, and they live up to the label of being evil demons, so why should they be bitchy to each other, adding to the stress of their dangerous job? They only have each other and the only people who'll ever truly accept them are other demons like themselves - fellow demons trying to work to survive another hectic day in hell.
..Yeah Viv just has some fucked up hate boner for Mr Rogers.
making Wrigglers 74 years old (or insinuating such) is a deliberate writing choice.
I'm sure if anyone points out the similarities Viv will say it's "on purpose!! shut up!!" but this whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth for whatever reason.

Now that'd be extremely fine and dandy, if it weren't for the fact that the production staff that's trying so damn hard to make us sympathize with the 'bad people' too, creating this weird conflict of interest in the process.

If he was married for 74 years then he is way older than Fred Rogers (say he wedded at 18, that would make him 92). This just adds further plot holes like how petty was the client to hold a grudge for that long? Maybe the crew should have looked over that line again during the writing session and changed it so that Mr. Wrigglers was not married for over a half a century! He could have been married for 30 years and in his 50s so he is more like Ned Flanders' age if you want to keep the evangelical strawman. Or they could have played into his age as the final gag of the short where Loona revealing her true self resulted in him dying of a heart attack from the shock.
If the show didn't constantly try to take itself seriously with poorly written character drama, this type of thing wouldn't be a problem.
Holding onto ridiculously minor grudges for absurd lengths of time is fairly common in unserious shows (Usually used as a comedic reveal of why two characters hate each other).

Because da evil straight, old, white male who is commited and loving to his family and works for the community.
Which is odd, because if you do research, Mr. Rogers was a super open-minded and accepting person with openly gay friends and even let a gay man play a cop on his show. Mind you, his time period was less accepting than ours. Arguably, this is what Viv's sort of people would want.

BINGO! As said over and over again, mysteriously, somehow, the show began to take itself too seriously to the point where the original premise of funny demons in an office killing humans for money no longer looks good even when pushed aside.
Stolitz truly is the bane of this threads existence. It's really annoying to me that Viv doesn't understand that being gay isn't as common among people as she thinks it is.
Also was mr wiggles meant to see loona as some hideous, wolf like creature when she showed him her true form? That's a little hard to convey when she still looks like the "cute" furry girl (bait) she's always been. A close of her looking all shaggy and wild with drooling sharp teeth and crazy blood shot eyes or hell a close up of a live action grey wolf with a pissed off growling expression would have been nice. A live action closeup would have literally required 0 effort spindlehorse.
Something to convey that's what you were going for is all I ask.
