Comparing Louis' history of non-profits to Ross really shows that Ross had no idea what the fuck he was doing. I'm as happy as the next guy that SKG is successful, but Louis' criticisms a very correct. Ross has the passion, but he needs other people to actually run this like a lobbying force.

It's fine that Moldman is indulging in this little side quest for video game preservation, but there are things far bigger and more important than consumer rights, or even my hatred for Mald.
For example: new episodes of Game Dungeon and Freeman’s Mind 2.

Well thankfully that is exactly what is going to happen when SKG passes. The actual organizers will be taking over after the ECI is getting verified Ross has been pretty public about that.

The majority of the signatures are coming from Poland and Germany which I believe are 2 countries that require additional information to verify the signature. So while this isn't guaranteeing they will all be valid it protects a large chunk.

The unfortunate reason is that people are more likely to engage with a video/stream if it's got a vtuber avatar, and Pat knows how to play the system.

This is more stupid than I thought, he basically says "I DID AND KNOW AND EXPERIENCED THINGS ROSS SCOTT, WHY DID YOU NOT DO THEM. ALSO MY LIFE HAS SUCKED?" Why of all the things did he insult a man who tried to fix a thing he cares about to the best of his ability? Why not talk to Ross about the fundraising efforts ten months ago when you talked to him? Why did he not try to help him with lawyer shit? What the fuck is the reason for this animosity?
