Iirc even fucking nintendo sold their standalone version of mobile animal crossing when they shut it down. Essentially double dipped since it was an f2p with iaps and then made you buy the game to keep playing after EoS but still.

Usually the more the merrier. In the original video 10 months ago Ross said that to feel safe the initiative should surpass the goal by at least ~200k signatures.
Some obviously fraudulent signatures get thrown away immediately, however still full verification will happen once the initiative ends.

Every country will be required to count the votes before forwarding them to Brussels, IIRC. The most honest answer is "the more - the merrier". Again, providing a fake ID number is going to be fraudulent. Whether any sort of consequence for faggots is due -- remains to be seen, however, it is an actual, legislative compelling of the European Commission to view this matter. Not a petition, it's a binding process, which is why hitting the number alone is absolutely important.

Those same people are in that discord talking about how it's funny people got their console bricked by nintendo for modding their switch 2. Modding console hardware is a bit more contentious than just having an opinion as a consumer, but it shows you how these cretins think. Apparently we should all just lay down and let corporations have their way with us and stop complaining. Yeah there were a few YouTubers who critiqued his puzzle-game playthroughs right after he got heat from his OnlyFangs debacle. If you can stomach his hypercringe, his Animal Well playthrough is borderline comedy with the porn acting. I desperately want a lineup of his subscribers to see what they look like. I want to know his audience demographic stats so so bad.
 
I really like Ross, he was a favorite of mine from the Machinima days, and it was really annoying that during the entirety of the SKG campaign, there was really nothing I could do at all as I am not in any of the countries with any kind of action plan on the site, so all I could really do was hope everyone else watching in eligible countries did stuff. I was losing hope on this towards the end, and thought that video he made was the nail in the coffin, but at least we finally got a great response to that absolute piece of shit that Thor is.

Seeing the petition blow up afterwards makes me very happy, and I did not expect that at all. I'm actively tracking the signature count on site, and it's going up quite quickly. I do think there's a legitimate chance this thing passes 1M now.

I really want some kind of action plan resulting from SKG, as people shouldn't have to pirate or crack their games just to actually own it once the company is done with it. A lot of my digital PC game collection are pirated versions because there was no other way.
