There are three possibilities for the Turtleboy stream:

2. Nick is angry after Aaron gets another win and seethes during the interview

3. Nick is overconfident after getting a win on the toe (fucking nothing) and relapses. He goes on and annoys Turtleboy.

Nick believes Aaron isn't going to get let off with that 50 dollar fine because Aaron has potentially violated his release conditions.

It's all down to the Judge ultimately. First the Judge needs to decide if it actually was a violation. Given that we already know Aaron hasn't mentioned Kayla directly and hasn't contacted her, Nick is likely overconfident.

Aaron indirectly mentions Kayla and they might try to show that encouraging his audience to ask questions to Keanu about stuff he can't talk about sails too close to the wind.

So, the Judge then needs to weigh it all abd decide by a clear and convincing standard that it was a violation. Not all violations are equal, though, but Aaron has plead guilty to violating one against his ex ex, do that could be problematic.

Nick therefore thinks the Judge will up the punishment or push new charges on Aaron. Combined with Kayla's emotional impact statement, he firmly believes Aaron isn't getting that slap on the wrist. Kayla will try and say that photo wasn't posed for, in hope it wracks up the punishment level. They seems to be unlikely, as that's a finding of fact and a separate crime if true.

Nick thinks Aaron and his lawyer are completely underestimating the seriousness.

To be honest, I have no idea, as I don't even know what they will even show. Nick assuming the absolute worst seems hope n cope more than anything else, though. Nick has called his own case and Aaron's "slam dunk felony" wrong at every stage.

He conflates. Aaron speculated that the state somehow is covering for Nick by suppressing the bodycam release. Yes, you can't both claim Nick got a harsh sentence cos they hate him to the state covers for him.

Literally nobody is saying Nick's deal was good or that it's because his parents bribed the county.

The state intervention for the bodycam is most likely self serving in the sense they fear a lawsuit from messing up the evidence entry. It's likely little more than that.

Nick's weird fucking obsession with Aaron is pathetic. It's so bizarre to me that the state can enforce a no mention/no comment on Aaton whilst the husband pours over every minute of his shows, joins the shows of his alogs, tries to engage him in conversation on twitter and never stops talking about him.

I'm curious to what extents Aaron's lawyer is allowed to go into this during the no mention hearing.

Your sentence was far harsher than anyone predicted. No one thought you'd be sentenced to jail time and 5 whole years of probation.

We're saying that the way you've been treated afterwards has been incredibly lenient, such as the fact you were allowed to go to vegas despite your drug charges, your PO ignoring all your obvious nitrous abuse and allowing you to stop streaming for a week (your job). Plus the bodycam footage situation where the prosecutor and judge seem really eager to suppress it on your behalf.

All indications are that Kandiyohi County authorities rue the day Nick Rekieta staggered drunkenly into their lives. It sounds like they just really don’t want to deal with him for any reason if it can be possibly avoided. I think they’re blissfully unaware that this MO could end up backfiring. If the PO was smart she’d be creating a paper trail to show she is taking Nick’s case seriously. Douglas Nelson isn’t a bad guy, so it is disappointing that he’s decided to suck up to Nick. He has co-hosted New York City Crime Report for at least a couple of years. (Starting in 2014 it was on Compound Media but is now on Compound Censored, the company that resulted when Gavin McInnes bought CM and merged it with his Censored.tv network.) Doug also works at a gas station, lives on a farm, and is meek enough that he wouldn’t mind being described as a fan. He recently made an entire comic book about a fictionalized version of the Dabbleverse, targeted at the many who shit on the Dverse, but is so bad at promotion and marketing that I can’t find it.
