"Honey, I know we're...your presenting to the court that your violently traumatised by Aaron Imholte, so I've brought in his most dedicated detractor to our home so we can talk about him all night and day!"
"He made a song about two kids raping eachother? Comments about Aaron's daughter's privates? Defended AI CP in a lengthy diatribe, you say?"
"Water under the bridge, by the way he's hotbunking with the children, all good with you, right Kayla?"![]()
I said in here months ago that Melton's price for stanning Nick might be photos of Nick's kids. I didn't let myself contemplate that Nick would let him be physically present around them.
That is the critical flaw in our thinking, we cannot expect Nick to be that retarded, only to be shown he is more retarded than we can ever imagine.I said in here months ago that Melton's price for stanning Nick might be photos of Nick's kids. Nice find! I had forgotten about this Locals post showing the Joker painting with a $59,000.00 price tag. Better to leave it archived, then: https://archive.md/hYgYU | https://rekietalaw.locals.com/upost/2714318/holy-shit-restrain-me![]()
I suppose some money laundering could be involved, but it's likely the truth is simpler: trashy idiots like gaudy shit; Nick thinks he is just like the Joker irl fr; he's never had to work hard in his life and lucked into money (both with his grandfather's wealth and with his brief streaming success) – so why not throw $59,000 at some painting that speaks to his low-rent heart?
Kayla is also a crack whore who lets Jamaican male strippers gangbang her. She's probably taken far more dick than April could ever hope to. I don't know about "talking about threesomes with his kids" but do you really think that the whore princess of the uterine sea herself, who lets her children live in squalor while being abused by their drunken manchild father is above anything? No, Kayla is an awful person and an even worse mother.Yeah, the crackwhore talking about threesomes with his kids and sexting with him openly on Twitter was a massive upgrade...
How tumultuous can the sentencing for Aaron be? He shared 1 picture with 1 person. Nick's acting like Aaron burned his house down.Update from the Balldo Bunker.
In MN there are professional rules around harassment on certain discriminatory bases (Caveat: done in connection with professional duties), as well discriminatory actions, though there are 4 factors for determining whether it is deemed to reflect adversely on fitness as a lawyer - see (g) and (h) below. I've included all of section 8.4 (Misconduct) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for reference:Yeah, I've no idea. I'm pretty certain it wouldn't fly here in the UK because of the gendered nature of the insult. It'd be seen as a form of sexual harrassment. He might have been a defendant but he's still a male lawyer. I think you could easily make a good argument that he was seeking to use misogynistic insults to violate her dignity and attempt to create a hostile workplace environment for the judge.
If I'm a member of the Minnesota bar, I'm very definitely seeing such behaviour as conduct unbecoming a fellow lawyer -- as behaviour that brings the profession into disrepute. But I imagine there isn't a lot of precedent because most lawyers wouldn't be so retarded as to go around insulting judges.
PROFESSIONAL RULES
Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct
Rule 8.4
It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:
(a)
violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another;
(b)
commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;
(c)
engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation;
(d)
engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;
(e)
state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law;
(f)
knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law;
(g)
harass a person on the basis of sex, race, age, creed, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, status with regard to public assistance, ethnicity, or marital status in connection with a lawyer's professional activities;
(h)
commit a discriminatory act, prohibited by federal, state, or local statute or ordinance that reflects adversely on the lawyer's fitness as a lawyer. Whether a discriminatory act reflects adversely on a lawyer's fitness as a lawyer shall be determined after consideration of all the circumstances, including:
(1) the seriousness of the act;
(2) whether the lawyer knew that the act was prohibited by statute or ordinance;
(3) whether the act was part of a pattern of prohibited conduct; and
(4) whether the act was committed in connection with the lawyer's professional activities; or
(i)
refuse to honor a final and binding fee arbitration award after agreeing to arbitrate a fee dispute.
[...]What constitutes harassment in this context may be determined with reference to antidiscrimination legislation and case law thereunder. This harassment ordinarily involves the active burdening of another, rather than mere passive failure to act properly.
[5] Harassment on the basis of sex, race, age, creed, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status may violate either paragraph (g) or paragraph (h). The harassment violates paragraph (g) if the lawyer committed it in connection with the lawyer's professional activities. Harassment, even if not committed in connection with the lawyer's professional activities, violates paragraph (h) if the harassment (1) is prohibited by antidiscrimination legislation and (2) reflects adversely on the lawyer's fitness as a lawyer, determined as specified in paragraph (h).
[...] It is not required that the listed factors [that refers to the 4 factors in (h)] be considered equally, nor is the list intended to be exclusive. For example, it would also be relevant that the lawyer reasonably believed that his or her conduct was protected under the state or federal constitution or that the lawyer was acting in a capacity for which the law provides an exemption from civil liability. [...]
[8] A lawyer may refuse to comply with an obligation imposed by law upon a good faith belief that no valid obligation exists. The provisions of Rule 1.2(d) concerning a good faith challenge to the validity, scope, meaning or application of the law apply to challenges of legal regulation of the practice of law.
Nick pursuing the RP case (it subsequently going nowhere) is actually way more embarrassing for his wife and family than just letting it go, but of course Nick only cares about himself.How tumultuous can the sentencing for Aaron be? Also, I'm doubting that Nick ignores and forgives anything. He has a book of grudges and seethes about every word said about him.
That last line is a bold one.
(1) observe and carry out the terms of the attorney's oath;
(2) maintain the respect due to courts of justice and judicial officers;
(3) counsel or maintain such causes only as appear to the attorney legal and just; but the attorney shall not refuse to defend any person accused of a public offense;
(4) employ, for the maintenance of causes confided to the attorney, such means only as are consistent with truth, and never seek to mislead the judges by any artifice or false statement of fact or law;
(5) keep inviolate the confidences of the attorney's client, abstain from offensive personalities, and advance no fact prejudicial to the honor or reputation of a party or witness, unless the justice of the cause requires it;
(6) encourage the commencement or continuation of no action or proceeding from motives of passion or interest; nor shall the attorney, for any personal consideration, reject the cause of the defenseless or oppressed.
With him inviting Melton to Aaron's sentencing (seeing Kayla's tears are just a bonus) wonder if they plan to serve Aaron the civil lawsuit right then and there.How tumultuous can the sentencing for Aaron be? He shared 1 picture with 1 person. Nick's acting like Aaron burned his house down.

There's a near 0% chance of him streaming until after Aaron's hearing. The real question is will he fire up a stream if the verdict isn't in his favor?
What a load of faggot whining. I hope the court not only tells Aaron and Skelly to get the fuck out of the courtroom and settle their business with a 4 gallon tank of industrial lubricant, they rescind the $50 fine for one topless photo of Our Wife's two tits.
Hollywood Balldo’s Forever Cemetery.Bring it on faggot, Balldo Season 2 FOREVER
Jesus Christ, girl
What are people gonna think?
When I show up to one of several funerals
I've attended for Grandpa this week
With you
With me
But someone's gotta help me dig
Someone's gotta help me dig
Jesus Christ, girl
It hasn't been long so it seems
Since I was picking out an island and a tomb for you
At the Hollywood Cemetery
You kiss
On me
But we should let this dead guy sleep
We should let this dead guy sleep
Jesus Christ, girl
I laid up for hours in a daze
Retracing the expanse of your American back
With Adderall and weed in my veins
You came
I think?
'Cause the marble made my cheeks look pink
But I'm unsure of so many things
But someone's gotta help me dig
Someone's gotta help me dig
Someone's gotta help me dig
I've always been told that anyone who represents themselves in court has a fool for a client, so I'm not quite sure what a law license does in Nick's mind unless he's planning on going after people Pro Se. Then again, that lines up with what his actual motivations are. I could absolutely see Nick firing off Pro Se suits against his enemies just to drain them of time and resources through lawfare (which he has openly admitted that's what he's doing to Aaron). He will lose in the end and have to pay costs, but he doesn't care because it's Mommy's money and not his."Man, I wonder what I can do with a law licence and a long memory.
Nick is absolutely the kind of retard that can't process Melton being a creep about Aaron's kids means Melton will, at some point, be a creep about his kids.
Like most people who tolerate Melton, the overriding hatred of Aaron makes them incapable of thinking it through.
I pray for the day Nick slights Melton or stops producing adequate content and the man stabs Nick in the back. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
So who is he vague posting about other than Aaron? Would he go after Uncivil? After Sean? Mama K? What does he mean beyond criticism? I want to stop wasting brain cells on this faggotry.
