I've always been told that anyone who represents themselves in court has a fool for a client, so I'm not quite sure what a law license does in Nick's mind unless he's planning on going after people Pro Se. Then again, that lines up with what his actual motivations are. I could absolutely see Nick firing off Pro Se suits against his enemies just to drain them of time and resources through lawfare (which he has openly admitted that's what he's doing to Aaron).
