As to Judge Holden's story... Sad and relatable. I lost a lot of family over the years and their descents were a lot like his uncle's. I'd estimate he's probably in the 5'8-5'9 range, absolutely not a sixteenth of an inch over 5'10 even with shoes on, with a higher chance of winning the lottery 7 weeks in a row than him being 6'0.
