"Kayla is going to be reading a victim impact statement. Nick thinks she might not be able to get through it, she's gonna - she's a mess."

Yeah no shit, I'd be a mess too if my rage tard husband was making me get up in front of a room full of people to pontificate on how one rando saw me naked to fulfill his revenge fantasy against the guy he whored me out to. This is way more embarrassing than the actual "crime" committed against her. As usual the only time Nick gives a fuck about his wife is when he can use her as a human shield, just like with his kids.

Die in a fire Nick you piece of shit.
kayla is at best a weak, complicit, child neglecting, dumbfuck whore junky and deserves the humiliation as much as nick. fuck her.

But what Nick sees in it disturbs me. He sees it as a heroic tale of righteous vengeance, of a man taking back his power, defeating the people who "wrong him." IE: He's just projecting his own vindictiveness and hatred of other people onto a stupid gooner anime
(My strike strike-through.) You've also just explained Lester Burnam who wanted to have sex with a 17 yo to avenge the meanness of his wife/life. I think we may have a pattern here. Also, thanks for so clearly explaining Redo of Healer. I never full grasped the issue.

Is Nick using Aaron's voice a.i. in Melton's supertip.gg?
He is, last time I checked, but people seldom choose Aaron's voice.

Who is willing to pitch in?
Me. And I owe you $ for the last time I volunteered to pitch in. I still have to figure out crypto. It can't be that hard. I've just been lazy. This time I'll figure it out and get it to you by Tuesday.

Local law enforcement have got to be in the pockets of Ma and Pa Rekieta.
I think they're simply exhausted by him, tbh. I know it all smells fishy but it's actually the Woltjer/Slettas who have deep ties to the community. If anything, the County are being Scandanavian prudes who just want him to be OUR (the Internet's) problem, not theirs.

Legitimately, there is an argument that law enforcement has done it's job and that protecting the kids' privacy is paramount. Lots of people would have that POV. It's very frustrating. Say what you will about Florida, but Sunshine laws should exist in all 50 states (and with some small exceptions) family court, imo.

He keeps saying he's a "fun guy", but he seems extremely miserable to me. Also junkies thinking they're "fun", when the only "fun" is getting other people to join them in the hell of addiction... complete retardation.
Nick mostly uses fun to downplay how harmful his degeneracy was and justify it

As in "drugs are just fun and they're a great time, they aren't a big deal" when he's recounting his time being shitfaced on coke and barely coherent as his life collapses around him

Here's the story. Very different to how Rekieta's raid was handled. I'm pretty sure they knew there were guns in the Rekieta house.
Cops pretty much assume it is always likely - in houses, cars, wherever. But I think they'd approach an interaction slightly differently with someone they suspect or know to have been and be transacting in guns vs a situation like Nick's, especially with kids, etc. Not differently enough that they wouldn't do the necessary (real or perceived), but in Nick's case they literally knocked on the door, interacted with a child, and knew Nick was not in the house. Of course, women can operate weapons as well, and iirc those who saw the footage said that they did have guns drawn at one point, but put them away.

And indeed, from the article you linked (and TY for that), the ATF was criticized for not doing exactly what was done with Nick:
“The ATF burst into his house, and they did it in a manner that was the most dangerous combination possible.” Bryan’s brother Matthew Malinowski told local media Wednesday. “The easiest way to have taken care of this situation – the most common way – would be to wait until he gets in his car, pull over and arrest him. Or you wait until he comes to work, and you arrest him there.”
That it was the ATF (Fed; gun-specific; often cowboys) and not local cops with a warrant heavy on personal-use drug possession and hungry kids rewearing clothes is a meaningful distinction. And the criticism is that it was the ATF going OTT, even in that situation - in other words, it wasn't that Kandiyohi was gentle, but that the ATF (per the criticism) used excessive force, even for a situation oriented to lethal weapons.
The raid prompted Fincher’s state representative, Justin “JJ” Humphrey, to call for a state grand jury to investigate ATF’s conduct.

Humphrey, who has served as a law enforcement officer for more than 30 years, prepared a probable cause affidavit that he presented to the Oklahoma Attorney General and Fincher’s local sheriff, which outlines the crimes and civil rights violations he believes ATF agents committed when they sent the 12-man SWAT team to Fincher’s home.

“I struggle with seeking charges against fellow police officers,” Humphrey wrote in the affidavit. “However, it appears ATF is abusing their police powers and violating their oaths of office. I believe the ATF has committed crimes and violated Fincher’s civil rights and due process of law.”

The crazy thing is that Nick was doing this "my fantasy is revenge" shit years before he got "betrayed" (held accountable) by the people he knew

What happened to cause him to see a revenge child rape anime and think "this is how I'd get back at them if I could!" while being at the highest point in his life?

Counter point, his PO officer gave a convicted drug user and known alcoholic the greenlight to take a trip to Las Vegas, and is willfully ignoring obvious nitrous abuse on top of the mountain of death threats he's been spamming on Twitter.

If the PO was gonna do something, they'd have done it by now.
I am convinced if he by some miracle manages to not test hot for drugs he isn’t prescribed, he could make it thru probation okay. He could get more neglect allegations or something come of the hacking investigation. But it sounds to me like that is dead in the water.

Which is textbook crackhead behavior. Because the reality is all he wants is to be left alone with a big pile of crack so he can OD and die. His deep fried brain will cook up a million excuses to try to get to that goal.

Nick's unironically employed the "I'm not an addict, I can stop any time I want!" defense many times

Apparently there are only a few seconds where the kids are even in sight and they could be entirely removed and barely make a dent in the available footage.

I'm not even particularly ACAB but the ATF are fucking scum. Thanks for Waco, Ruby Ridge, the Murrah Federal Building, etc. Just worthless asshole pigs.

He really is a sad, inconsequential, pathetic man.

Nick is getting platinum ass-made at some guy telling him to stop being a chud and get over his hangups.
Also more legal vagueposting.

I got a hot take on Nick's obsession with Redo of Healer. Idk if anyone said this before but I'll take a crack at it anyway:

He keeps isn't it "isn't porn" and he doesn't get off to it, and that he believes it's a beautiful and artistic story. That's worse.

If you enjoy it purely as smut, then at least in theory, no matter how sick or depraved the content gets, you're only watching it to get your rocks off. It's a sexual fantasy for you and no matter how grim it gets, nobody really gets hurt. You could argue reality doesn't line up with that ideal, but at least you'd have an issue on which reasonable people could presumably differ.

The fact that he likes it "for the story" is even more troubling, because the story is about a man going around systemically brutalizing and raping women in revenge for years of sexual abuse he suffered at their hands, but in a timeline where they haven't even victimized him yet. This is an absolutely terrifying story that, if not meant to be pornographic, instead becomes a horror story. It's a story where a cycle of sexual abuse is carried out in a particularly cruel and tragic way.

But I'm giving it way too much credit. I haven't seen it but I assume this is all just window dressing for dumb rape porn. Because it's dumb rape porn.

But what Nick sees in it disturbs me. He sees it as a heroic tale of righteous vengeance, of a man taking back his power, defeating the people who "wrong him." IE: He's just projecting his own vindictiveness and hatred of other people onto a stupid gooner anime. It gives you insight into what level of retribution and suffering is justified in his whacked out crackhead brain.

You aren't far off.

2022-10-23: Nick's Revenge Rape

Elissa clipped a segment from Nick's show on Rumble in October of 2022 wherein he would yell at LegalBytes (a woman) for being the worst lawtuber. Nick rants about raping (until they like it, and then raping them some more) anyone who would call him out on something. Nick would do this because he is such a nice guy who would never lie/burn bridges/would give anyone the key to his lawtube throne, making his unapologetic mindbreaking rape session fully justified.

Below is a condensed version showcasing Nick's fixation on raping anyone who crosses him:

Nick claims that he doesn't care what anyone thinks or says about him unless it is public or he is publicly challenged in some way, in which case he will rape them raw because he likes anal. Nick seems to think he is entitled to this because anyone going against him is asking for what he plans to do to them because they hate themselves so much.

Nick cannot comprehend why anyone would speak out against him because he doesn't lie or have shame, and he talks about taints/anuses/prolapses/sounding/docking because "there is no personal reputation to protect." Nick also claims to be "unapologetically a fucking monster".

Nick claims he will "ruin that ass, and you will love it, you'll beg [him] to ruin it again!...[he] will never fuck you unless you ask!...You. Will. Be. Meat. For. [him]."

If you claim Nick has done something to you or has done something wrong, he will "fuck you 'till you love [him]" and Nick "cannot abide anything less". Just in case there was any ambiguity about any perceived consent on Nick's part, he outright states that he will "rape the shit out of you harder than anybody else ever would".

Nick also doesn't understand why some people can't "take what they have by the pigtails and rail it in the ass until it screams for you to rail it in the ass again".

TL/DR: Though he describes himself as a nice/honest/generous person, Nick's idea of revenge is centered entirely on the concept of rape. Anyone who goes against Nick by saying that he has done something to them or that Nick did something wrong is asking to be raped and they will thank him later. Nick will not abide anything less.

This bodes ill for any of Nick's public or private relations if he were ever in a position of power over them.

Nick back on that seethe grindset right as the thread slows down. If the courts fuck Aaron over him showing a photo of Nick's whore wife to 1 person and don't punish Nick for what he did then it might convince me the Zooluminati is real.

He must be raging 24/7 now. What a horrible existence, almost everything he does now is seethe at Aaron, Elissa, Kurt, etc.

God help the kids.
