Could do, what price are we looking at?Thank you. I think I should be able to get the transcript of the sentencing hearing a few days after it happens. Who is willing to pitch in?

People are fucking weird. Well, in any case, Nick isn't doing that.I had a work friend who used to take blasts from his dragcar nitrous bottle every now and then and he has some ugly ugly scars across his cheek from where it would 'burn' him. It's a thing for sure.
Wake up Nick, it's time to get plastered. (again)
Redo of a Balldo would be Nick going back in time only to drink more booze, do more drugs and have more gay sex. His rage is completely impotent. But what Nick sees in it disturbs me. He sees it as a heroic tale of righteous vengeance, of a man taking back his power, defeating the people who "wrong him." IE: He's just projecting his own vindictiveness and hatred of other people onto a stupid gooner anime. It gives you insight into what level of retribution and suffering is justified in his whacked out crackhead brain.
Mersh is an interesting addition to the mix. He's obviously a tard in his own way but in his history of working titty bars and selling coke he's probably seen more Nicks than he can count. Plus he's a perpetual bridge-burner so there's no way this relationship lasts longer than a few months. As an aside, for anyone confused as to why Mersh of all people is a distinguished guest on the weekly nonce roundup for some reason, Rackets would appear to have sicced him on a broader press tour since he just announced that he will be dodging repo men to also appear before a few hundred viewers on the Pretty Menopausal hambeasts' Saturday show, for some reason. This may be regrettable since he can be a bit of a loose cannon itching for a shower call over this sort of disloyalty:
He had an unusually tough sentence given the guidelines for first time drug offence.Y'all watched a Judge, sheriff and DA collude to illegally obstruct Hardin getting the bodycam footage on Nick's behalf...and still think his PO is gonna do anything to him???
He had an unusually tough sentence given the guidelines for first time drug offence.
Common theory is that his PSI report was scathingly bad, like as if he walked in and told the investigator he was innocent, its all bullshit and proceeded to tell them he plans on snorting coke them moment he was sentenced.
This entire thread was blackpilled, thinking all he'd get is 1-2 years probation. When he got 5 years with potential jail time, a LOT of people were shocked.
It's weird because 5 years probation with potential jail time is both harsh for a first offender, but light for Nick, especially with how lax his probation officer isHe had an unusually tough sentence given the guidelines for first time drug offence.

Just raid the house with police and notify CPS too... Just to get wellness check in.
and this is why, they hit him with the 5 year prob to save face but they're not gonna do a thing otherwise. at this rate, i don't think he's getting the jailtime either.Y'all watched a Judge, sheriff and DA collude to illegally obstruct Hardin getting the bodycam footage on Nick's behalf...and still think his PO is gonna do anything to him???
What really shocked me was when the Prosecutor tried to get any jail time removed, simply because the defendant dreamt it. Heaven forbid mommy’s special little Balldo doesn’t get everything he dreams of.This entire thread was blackpilled, thinking all he'd get is 1-2 years probation. Funny and weird right?!Nick went from top YouTube streamer to bottom run of the pedophile network
Sad
He keeps saying he's a "fun guy", but he seems extremely miserable to me. Also junkies thinking they're "fun", when the only "fun" is getting other people to join them in the hell of addiction... complete retardation.Funny and weird right?!
He’s a fun guy.
Rekieta senetencing transcript cost me $160.Could do, what price are we looking at?
Counter point, his PO officer gave a convicted drug user and known alcoholic the greenlight to take a trip to Las Vegas, and is willfully ignoring obvious nitrous abuse on top of the mountain of death threats he's been spamming on Twitter. He had an unusually tough sentence given the guidelines for first time drug offence.

Lol. Ngl, that's the one and only time I've ever found him funny. If someone had shown me this 3 years ago. OH man I would haven ever wasted my time watching that rittenhouse trial.
Idk about the airport guy, but the difference is that they went to the Rekieta house for drugs and with allegations of child neglect, not particularly about guns. That's a whole different tenor. And there were children there, plus they collected him away from the house and not from behind a door.Local law enforcement have got to be in the pockets of Ma and Pa Rekieta. When you read about that poor law abiding guy who managed an airport and collected guns who just legally sold a couple of his guns at local gun shows when the ATF came storming down to his house at the crack of dawn and shot the poor fucker dead and you compare what happened there with what happened when Rekieta's house got raided for an actual provable crime -- it's like chalk and fucking cheese.
Nobody thought this guy was supplying the cartels. They had a theory that he was selling so many of his own guns that he should have had a firearm dealer licence, but he was just a law abiding gun collector who liked guns. They didn't need to go in all gung ho to protect the evidence. They could have just made an appointment and showed up.
You couldn't sue for the body cams in that instance, because despite there being multiple forces on the raid, ATF, local police, local sheriffs, etc. nobody had their body cam turned on -- and they taped up the house's security cams as well, just to be on the safe side. Literally, seconds after they'd breached the front door (at the crack of dawn) they'd shot the guy dead.
Meanwhile, these Kandiyohi fuckers are fighting tooth and nail to protect Rekieta's privacy?
Something smells rotten here.
...Was that the argument? Did they try to use a prophetic dream to reduce the sentence, for real? What really shocked me was when the Prosecutor tried to get any jail time removed, simply because then defendant dreamt it. Heaven forbid mommy’s special little Balldo doesn’t get everything he dreams of.
personally, I'd be more upset at geno for acutally describing the photo is unflattering terms"Kayla is going to be reading a victim impact statement. Nick thinks she might not be able to get through it, she's gonna - she's a mess."
Yeah no shit, I'd be a mess too if my rage tard husband was making me get up in front of a room full of people to pontificate on how one rando saw me naked to fulfill his revenge fantasy against the guy he whored me out to. This is way more embarrassing than the actual "crime" committed against her. As usual the only time Nick gives a fuck about his wife is when he can use her as a human shield, just like with his kids.
Die in a fire Nick you piece of shit.
Here's the story. Very different to how Rekieta's raid was handled. I'm pretty sure they knew there were guns in the Rekieta house.Idk about the airport guy
IIRC, Rekieta stated he thought he negotiated out jail time during his plea agreement, and during his sentencing hearing he was confused why he'd been given it....Was that the argument? Did they try to use a prophetic dream to reduce the sentence, for real?
