Its not a legal argument. You can have the law on your side and still lose. The case will be decided by people and you are starting a video by setting money on fire, talking about generating multigenerational wealth for your lawyer and salivating at how you will use the law to destroy people's lives. IT looks terrible and i have 0 sympathy for those 3.

i could see that maybe having an impact on the awarded damages after klein wins, but his win itself is basically guaranteed, at least against denims.

It's one of those terms people hear on true crime videos half remember the definition and blindly throw it out when someone intentionally sets someone up to be caught for a crime. You see it alot on predator catching videos or drug bust stings it's on of the most infuriating terms to have entered public knowledge.

Interesting idea. Froggyfresh's girlfriend should alter the offer she made for Anisa's deadlifting video.
