@Dixieland Buckaroo and @Strix454 seems to have posted a lot about it and found that his LLC was in probationary 'FORFEITED' status when the lawsuit was filed, but this was corrected. His legal LLC was defunct at the same time.

I had heard of abuse of the PPP loan system but never looked into it. Help me out here, does this say he borrowed $20k for payroll during Covid and then didn't have to pay any of it back? Is that what I'm reading here?

I do believe that this may be part of Nicks nebulously formed defence strategy in the defamation lawsuit brought by Montagraph.
