Reck, as in "with regards to"? Like, pertaining to something, or as a matter of, or to take heed in something? I haven't seen this word outside of old English (ie from old England) novels and poems.
So the black dude in this situation alarmed skelly, so he changed the way he was acting? Like what, offering up his wife?
Or did he mean wreck?
Mr. English literature major, "wreck" and "reck" are two completely different fucking words.
