Hardin was wronged as an attorney, that’s why he’s suing and not Null. This gross obstruction personally slights him and his capacity to do his job. It had nothing to do with Null once this happened, and Nick knows it

A more cynical person might say that Hardin acting as Plaintiff here is only being done to keep the Farms from being an actual party, and that is undoubtedly what Nick is gonna run with, but I truly believe that Hardin is furious at Kandiyohi County right now. From what I understand, he is a FOIA attorney, and is a true believer in public access to governmental data. He got jerked around by the County continuously here.

At the end of the day, he has as much right to view the body cam as anybody else, so why the hell not do it this way.

Someone bought it, Nick rapidly decreased the sale value to get a quick cash injection for his various lawsuits.
Amusingly, he claimed it was "leveraging debt" instead of selling off his children's inheritance due to his own drug abuse and need to defame.

Nick is now ass-blasted because Hardin doesn't have any of the baggage that Null and this site do (most of that baggage is made up propaganda, but it's still out there for opponents of this site to try and leverage, as they do regularly).

Nevertheless, Nick will still make every retarded effort possible to impugn Hardin. He is already angling that Hardin is somehow unethical in all this, without clearly stating how or why. I give it about two-weeks before Nick starts insinuating that Hardin does something untoward to children.

Nick is just scum like that. He does it to everybody who fights back against his bullshit.
