In the fight to get the bodycam everyone is. ✊🇸🇪🇫🇮🇳🇴 ✊(I do not count Denmark, they aren’t a part of the Peninsula).

Also, it looks like Rekieta is issuing orders to his loyal retards to attack Sean, Kurt, and anyone fat who’s criticized him.
In that case shouldn't you be replacing Finland with Iceland? Finnish isn't even in the same language group if we're gonna be Scandinavian prude snobs.

Hoping the next Nick stream is him going full Mission Accomplished.

Quick question I've had but didn't think to ask until now: who the fuck are these three guys who kept washing Nick's balls this whole shitty stream? I've never heard of or seen these IRL soyjacks before or since. I'd just like them publicly shamed for enabling a crackhead.

Bottom right, basically his gaytor.
Bottom left, Karl from Who Are These Podcasts. Serial Cumia ballwasher and Dick Masterson's good friend.

I still hold the belief that nick either has some grandfathered paperless antique firearm or a poorly cobbled together Polymer80 from when they were popular.

He has the demeanor of someone who got away with hiding an unregistered firearm from the cops (regardless if it’s usable or not).
Nick does not have the wherewithal to use a black powder rifle to blow his brains out with. I doubt he even has the toe strength to Kobain himself if he were even able to load and compact the round.

He doesn't have to get scandalous about it, just point out they're violating the strict letter of the law. The appeals court doesn't care. If it were legal, they could "conspire" to do it and it wouldn't make any difference. There are two entities being sued. Maybe the court has a quasi-legitimate defense. Maybe the sheriff does. We just have to hope that only one of them doesn't.

I was pretty sure SJW wasn't going to reverse himself because why would he? That wasn't going to happen.

Fair, that's more what I was pondering, yes.

🥃 :really:

*smuckles*

“Oh Josh, or should I say Johm Potter? Did you really think you can get the bodycam footage that would completely exonerate me as living in a crackden? No stalker child you will be in prison and soon everyone will know I had sex!”

Although I'm not entirely convinced that we will actually see the bodycam footage, his eagerness to gloat about it so soon—grasping for any victory—is very much in character.

It is plain as day that the bodycam shenanigans are far from over, and by inflating his ego prematurely, he risks setting himself up for another hard fall again.

I'm amazed that Nick has kept it so professional when speaking about Hardin so far.

I assume everybody understands the obvious on Hardin's bodycam lawsuit - that he is a nominal plaintiff who has standing to sue because he signed the papers but has none of the baggage of being the big evil Kiwi Farms. I was expecting Nick to come right out of the gate seething about that and accusing Hardin of a litany of ethical violations over it.
You sure?

Why would the judge un-rule what he already ruled on? Him denying this was all but a foregone conclusion, and it was expected to go to the Court of Appeals.
Seems like the most retarded thing to brag about. The only thing shocking is that they're really going the "I clicked the wrong checkbox and uploaded the wrong information into evidence, making it public. Oopsie doodle." Every day I feel like I think I can't distrust the justice system more, only for them to remove the small amount of expectation I didn't even know I had.

Looking forward to seeing who comes out on top in this: Nick "Chronically Wrong Non-Practicing Lawyer" Rekieta or Joshua "Nigger of the Internet" Moon. It's like watching an unstoppable force hit an immoveable object.

He's suing on his own behalf and has a history of public records litigation. He has every right to it that any other member of the public does, and possibly more from a record of already engaging in such litigation completely unconnected to the Farms.
You sure?
Nick is an absolute moron and completely ignorant of the law. While it is not common for members of the public or even the media to intervene in a criminal case, this is why it happens. Usually it's in cases where the judge, for whatever reason, arbitrarily decides to close cases to the public.

This is basic law, so it isn't surprising that the mental midget retard Nitrous Nick doesn't know it.

In a Supreme Court concurrence, Justice Powell noted that the public and the press have a right to challenge closure of court records and proceedings, stating that "representatives of the press and general public 'must be given an opportunity to be heard on the question of their exclusion.'" Globe Newspaper Co. v. Superior Court, 457 U.S. 596, 609 n. 25 (quoting Gannett Co. v. DePasquale, 443 U.S. 368, 401 (1979) (Powell, J., concurring)). Other courts agree, with the Ninth Circuit finding that “those excluded from the proceeding must be afforded a reasonable opportunity to state their objections.” United States v. Brooklier, 685 F.2d 1162, 1167‑68 (9th Cir. 1982). Likewise, the Second Circuit in In re Application of Dow Jones & Co., 842 F.2d 603, 608 (2d Cir. 1988) found that “news agencies have standing as recipients of speech” to challenge gag orders. Many court rules specify the procedures by which a member of the press can object to closures or move to unseal documents.

I agree, he is the man for the job for a reason :tomgirl:

I guess I have to retract my remarks about Nick's unexpected decorum. I'm just glad he's always there to let me down.

Well, #2 is also in front of Judge SJW. I'd assume Hardin would take his freebie and move to disqualify but it will still be one of the judges in the cozy judgecule that is the Candy Yoshi court.
Well, there's three. I doubt very much that Fischer would want to preside over it. She removed herself from Monty.

Let's say Hardin uses his free judge removal card to disqualify Wentzell. Possibly Fischer disqualifies herself.

That leaves Rodney C. Hanson here. Thus far an unknown quantity.

Hanson-Rodney.webp

It's entirely possible Hardin won't get anywhere until he gets in front of an appeals court.

Settle in for a long fight.
