The footage now under litigation hold, it must be kept intact beyond it's 90 day retention period until Hardin's every legal avenue is exhausted.
If they "oops, I accidentally pressed delete instead of send" now, I would very seriously accuse Kandiyohi County PD of CIA glownigger-tier conspiracy.
Also Hardin would get a massive fucking paycheck for evidence spoliation.

Then the cops get another warrant and arrest him a second time for drug possession, and we have to put in for that body cam as well.
