Literally everything they do backfires, it's incredible to watch.

These two are the epitome of a couple making each other worse. Ian's passive pushover nature has absolutely encouraged Anisa to become more dysfunctional and insane then she would have been with someone who would give her even a minimal amount of pushback.

Its also retarded, because gas grenades are usually pyrotechnic, boiling a compound to release the gas - that shits a few hundred degrees C right out of the nade, and the canister itself is gonna be hotter than that still.
