It's probably not worse than his detractors think it is, but it's lots worse than anyone supporting him or even neutral to him would like to see. That's why he's so driven to keep it hidden. In fairness to him, Internet aside, if it goes public, all his family and friends are going to see that video. There's a lot of value in plausible deniability, especially among those predisposed to believe you.
 
I didn't watch the Gabe/Keanu stream (even if it'd been good I probably would have just caught up with clips/highlights from the thread), but from a single clip that was highlighted in the thread (the Kayla shower story) it seems pretty obvious that it would have gone very, very differently with someone competent driving the stream.

Keanu seemed completely disinterested in what Gabe had to say/like she just wanted to get out of there. Whether what has been said about her "chickening out" is true or not, it really would not make a difference if you had someone who knows how to get more info out of a guest at the helm. For all their faults, Warski/ppp would have known to press Gabe for more info the second they heard about the new allegations.
It's not weird at all given that Gabe is not a streamer and he basically tried to structure the whole thing like he would a documentary, presenting all the info, old and new, in a single narrative. When what was needed was to frontload the stream with the new allegations and have he host drag out more details throughout the rest of the stream.

Anyway, Gabe should really go on with someone better at this/someone who can shut him down and get him to move on from ancient useless info and who will know to ask the right questions.
Think about how ppp would have handled the shower incident story alone ("HE'S AN ABUSER!"), him and Warski would have made the new info the focus of the stream, asked relevant questions, etc. Instead Gabe looked very unsure of himself telling that story, while getting nothing back from Keanu who looked like she was reading her texts and going "mmmhmmm..."..

Whatever goodwill she had from making Rekieta seethe is completely gone, and now that she snaked Gabe/switched sides once again there is (thankfully) no reason to ever mention her anymore.

The same amount of info (plus the fact that Rekieta himself admitted to the chiropractor incident ahead of time) would have been completely different if presented correctly. It's a shame, but still a big L for Nick since it's becoming clearer and clearer how much of an abuser he is to his family on top of all his other scumbag behavior,

That’s a little overly dramatic, it isn’t that serious. It was just another Thursday night in da sektur. It’s not some huge evil amidst the utter perfection of angels. It made Gabe look silly, & Keanu came across as having been taken advantage of. She went out of her way for Gabe, regardless of the end result. Gabe claiming “it was all for you” afterwards isn’t helping him. Dishonesty rarely bolsters a claim. Especially if a claim is gay.

I noticed that too. The clearest indication was how Gabe talked at her, not with her. He may have drowned her in links & clips but he didn’t even talk much with her during the show unless you consider his order barking. She kept attempting to have a real conversation, & Gabe just plodded along on his agenda, which only made the stream come across worse. Gabe had a preconceived idea of how things should go. Keanu was willing to adapt while Gabe made it worse by ignoring that. It would have been cool to see her take control of that shitshow as it was her show. She was being polite & got stuck in a corner as Gabe kept fagging it up. He seemed aware of that too, but wasn’t willing to change direction at all.
