Coming from someone that has known people who have been on parole in a bigger metro area, parole officers are pretty hands off outside of their scheduled meetings and check-ups with their parolee and the minimum required "unscheduled" calls or visits. I doubt that most parole officers are taking time out of their day to investigate online on what their parolee is doing unless they've had some external source contact them about their parolee (or they think their parolee is up to something from their direct interactions with them).
