I don't really like AA programs because they come across as a sort of cult due to the religious shit and not only that literally the first step of AA is this (this is quoted directly from their website):
"We admitted we were powerless over alcohol — that our lives had become unmanageable."
Alcohol is of course addictive but just the idea that you're telling people to own the fact they are powerless is ridiculous. You can literally write your own goals and aspirations down without the direction of anyone else and start holding yourself accountable.
You gotta remember that at the time that was written, a lot less was known about addiction, and about the brain in general. It's also a different style of writing than you'd usually see today. If you look into the history of the group, and other groups that were trying to help people achieve sobriety, you'll also see that that's there to differentiate them from the Oxford group, who went with the idea that it was something that could be overcome.

It's more about getting people to accept that if they don't have power over alcohol, and can't stop once they start, then the best option is to just not engage with it. "One drink is too many, and a thousand is never enough."

Yes, there are plenty of bad AA programs, and plenty of people who will use them to access vulnerable addicts, but there are far more good ones. They provide a community, a group of people that you can talk to about the things you've done in the thralls of addiction that won't judge you for it, but won't coddle you for it either.

Also the fact they let him leave to Vegas almost immediately after probation starts. He’s got the most lenient parole officers ever. Unless it was a funeral or family emergency they wouldn’t let you leave the state so fast.
A lot of people assume this but in my experience if you’re someone who is non-violent and low flight risk, they tend to let you leave the state without issue.

However, since his charges are drug related they should be giving him a piss test immediately upon returning. It also depends on the Probation officer. If their entire case load is full of violent thugs, they tend to be a little more lenient with the white guy that blew all of his money on drugs

It also depends on the Probation officer.
It also depends on if the probation officer is receiving funds or gifts from the probate's parents. I am willing to go there with how retarded the county is willing to make themselves look for this lecherous cretin.

Does anyone know what kind of pills they were?

It's a bit comforting and a lot horrifying to know the reason Nick's daughter was exposed to cocaine was cross-contamination with her pills. The fact that Nick wasn't giving his daughter it directly is a relief, but the fact that he was such a neglectful piece of shit that he was letting his baby's medicine get poisoned with drugs makes me livid.
My nigga, wtf are u talking about?

The swinging is tantamount to coking up your child and other abuse indicated by the kids late stage bedwetting. The swinging is fucked for all 5 kids just like living in squaller for no reason outside of being too lazy to cleanup. It's pretty fucked up to bring on a sister wife in front of your kids, publicly talk about your throuple and also give the sister wife dominion over the kids as the new nanny. Yeah dosing your kid is the worst, but I wouldn't say (and I doubt you're saying) the fucked up public relationship isn't a high moral failing and a totally fucked up thing to do to your family unit.

The kids probably feel so ashamed *sigh* There’s no way they ever have company over living in filth like that. Do you think Nick ever even noticed that and put it together that his kids are so embarrassed by him and Kayla that they miss out on stuff? How surreal it must be walking through this disaster and seeing your tweaking out crack head dad toiling away pushing junk out of his little kitchen corner as he occasionally looks up and snarls at you to stay out and be quiet. The liquor bottles everywhere means they were drinking everywhere so there’s no reason to think Nick would stay in bedroom or studio after getting high. 100% chance the kids could tell every fucking time. Smelling fucking crack smoke on their old man. It’s honestly strange to me that he even bothered to spin the body cam stuff yesterday as any kind of win because he actively ruins his kids lives already like wtf. Nick, fuck the body cam, what about what’s been burned into your kids’ brains??

Nick is one of those people for me where it doesn’t matter how successful they are, if I put myself in their shoes for even a second and try to regress my brain to their level I’m overwhelmed with the urge to kill myself as quickly as possible. Like it’s painful imagining that myself as that combination of selfish and retarded.

It’s becoming increasingly frustrating that people keep alluding to secret information that they just can’t share right now.

Nigger shit up or put the info out there
"There's so much secret stuff I know but can't talk about because of who I got it from!"

Then shut the fuck up and don't even talk about it if you can't say it, otherwise you're just bragging that you're so special that you have exclusive access to secret info that the peasants don't.

Didn’t bossman actually get arrested for that, he’s just a retard with zero self control.
Yup, multiple times. You know what he got each time? Rehab and/or probation. He was smoking blunts on stream and posting pictures of coke and weed on his discord. Beat your dad while on probation? That's probation for you mister!

Governments don't want to lock up drug addicts because it's expensive and won't cure them. They also don't like separating kids from families unless there is ongoing abuse. Anyone thinking the hammer is going to come down on Nick any time soon is dreaming.

Okay, so was the footage at the court house redacted? If so, who did it, and who paid for it?

As far as I can tell, the footage viewed at the courthouse was not redacted. That is why it had to be reviewed at the courthourse rather than given to anyone.

The bottom line is that the quoted price is nonsensical. The footage is either presented in court, and therefore free to the public, or it isn’t presented as evidence and therefore practically impossible to access. The only situation where it’d make sense to pay is if the police department would like to release it but doesn’t want to spend the resources redacting the footage. But in this case, the police department (or sheriff’s office, whatever) doesn’t want to release it. So why quote a price on the body cam footage?

Its possible to suspect that the quoted price was intended to discourage anyone thinking about asking for it. The whole question of "is the bodycam material evidence" is a complicated legal question now that is being litigated. As others have said at length over the past few days, there are legal questions involved as to what constitutes being entered into evidence that are somewhat unusual in the case.

The price was quoted, as far as I remember, a very long time ago in the process. Long before it was even known for sure if the footage would be entered into evidence. Long before even the first hearing in the criminal case.

The local decision to not release the bodycam footage seems to be a very recent decision that happened after the conclusion of the case with Nick's guilty plea. The sheriff seems very strongly against releasing the footage. The Judge in his first ruling did not seem to care much about it. But last week the entire local legal community quickly closed ranks to say "no footage".

I like meme, sean, and others who have all said this
but i'm not gonna lie it is pissing me off at this point, you're speaking my autistic language, just shut the fuck up if you can't talk about it. It's very womanly behavior.
-also meme slipped another one of those into his stream last night with LM and potentially criminal.

Oh hi ... Keanu, hey girl!
Hello Faran, please can you confirm your identity in any fashion?
Please DM a moderator or Null with some form of verification (even pseudonymous is fine).

What has brought you to directly post on KiwiFarms?
How do you feel about his behaviour? Was there more to why he chose to withdraw his insults about your weight?

Anyone have a repository of funny nick pictures? Looking to work on something funny and it would help. Thx.

A couple of these are broken because I bookmarked them dumbly using the page number instead of the proper format.
God, you're right, the Cops took the time to photograph his arms. Why aren't we talking about the needle drugs Nick was taking?
Because he probably wasn't. They didn't find any needles. He'd have had them lying all over the place with what a filthy, squalid animal he is. It's possible to inject cocaine like Sherlock Holmes but not possible for Nick not to leave drug paraphernalia lying around out in the open in front of kids.

I personally believe that people have a great capacity for forgiveness if a person repents. I think that the best thing for Nick would have been to quit the Internet, but alternatively he could have publicly repented and I think he would have been forgiven by the public.

A year ago the non-practicing lawyer and full time cuck was a drunken vile, degenerate, coked up, shit stain. Now he is a sober, vile, nitrous huffing shit stain. He's a narcissist who actually believes that the Internet owns him an apology, not the other way around. So just sit back, lurk and enjoy as he descends further into stupidity you NERD!

Its bizarre to me that he basically admitted authenticity of bodycam notes (maybe because deep inside he knows that footage will go publics sooner or later). Has he elaborated further on it?

(Has GhostArchive shit the bed for anyone else?)
My goto combination ATM, when I do have to archive tweets, is nittter.poast.org and archive.is. Seems to work pretty good. Problem with xcancel (which I prefer outside of archiving) is archive.is often just archives the flood protection page. Which is annoying.

Aaron Imholte directly states that Faren Fronczak / FarenBalanced had more dirt on Nick Rekieta, and had the upper hand in forcing Nick to withdraw his vitrolic attack on his Twitter page recently.
I believe Aaron on this one. She has apparently contacted him before.

I had largely stepped away from following Nick when that shit went down (and this thread was still a hugbox in Multimedia), but few people wanted to believe Faran at the time because Nick was still "the man," and she was drunk AF (honestly, they probably both were). I now think she was substantially honest about her late night/early morning convos with Nick.

These past handful of years have been one crazy-ass ride. :story:
