not even sure why he's pissed - it's not like their audience has any crossover. it's like fox news and cnn. people aren't swapping from one to the other - it serves a totally different market and the right wing market for political news content is way bigger. it's not surprising that someone was able to come fill the void on twitch of right-wing infotainment and find a lot of success. timcast live and crowder live numbers crush them both on youtube. I'd wager there's still a lot of room for asmon to grow in terms of viewership whereas hasan is likely topped out until the next political habbening.

hasan might be still enjoined in the delusion that people watch political streamers to be persuaded, as opposed to watching them as infotainment on their second monitor as a way to "stay informed". people who agree with asmon watch asmon and people who agree with hasan watch hasan. there are a subset of hate watchers but that's a tiny minority by comparison. an even smaller fraction of that minority is persuadable.

someone earlier in the thread said that hasan is being funded by Qatar I dont know how true it is. this could be a situation where a "political influncer" is not being paid by the us goverment I dont think its a nick funtes situation rather a tim pool situation where he is a schille for an external entity. like I said before I don't know how true the "funding by qatar" thing is true, if I had to wager he is being funded by a foreign organization.
