So is Nick throwing the paper on the ground like an angry toddler something that would have been in these tapes or not? I forgot about that or actually where that lore even originated now.
From the notes of the body cam tapes it sounds like the police there at least talked about it happening, I guess we’ll have to wait and (hopefully) see if any of them actually recorded it

The Kandiyohi County screw job will be a permanent black eye on the shit hole hick town. I just wanna ask the judge and prosecutor if its really worth it being a capo for a drug addicted man child that embarrasses their community? Their action is back firing on them and drawing even more attention.
>:really:"I wish the bodycam footage would never come out."

>Null's lawsuit sparks an investigation that results in Nick's dad getting charged for bribing a judge.

That would be on the body cam of the cop who pulled over Nick and that footage hasn't been seen yet. The footage that was viewed had cops discussing Nick throwing the warrant on the ground though.

They're seething too much. I mean, they're right to do so, but I'm just tired of smug Rackets and seething just makes him that much more smug.

Yes, I am impatient! I want that on the Internet now now now now now now
I mean I think it's going to be like the Aaron segment in the sense that he'll try to spin and cope and say it's all made up/from a biased source but the information is the information and there's no level of cope that can put the genie back in the bottle and it will ultimately lead to a similar reaction.

That presumes an actual livable environment. From the bodycam footage, these kids were living in an incomprehensible maze of filth and foulness and drugs lying around everywhere, liquor bottles empty and half-full everywhere in the byzantine filth hovel resembling something the Collyer Brothers might have lived in. They might die at any moment just from collapsing files of filth and squalor.

"Reunification." Maybe this concept is bullshit.
I had a family member work for DCF and they ALWAYS try to keep the children with the parents when possible. I think they hope that he'll improve but its Rackets

On the body cam lolsuit, I really feel like CandyOH High must get their legal advice from Karl Jobst. Like, what's the win condition here? If Josh is right, they may have to pay his legal fees since the State's internal department said it needed to be handed over. A court said to hand it over. It seems like the smart thing is to hand it over. But no we all need to come together as a community to Balldo wash and waste tax payer money for...........

There is a good chance its either A)Josh loses but the county has to pay Josh anyway and the only winner is the Rage Pig getting 5K or B)Josh wins, gets a far payday and gets to watch the body cam footage (you could have given for free) from his taxpayer funded Pensacola Penthouse. We had to ballwash for a guy who abused his kids. No refunds, Remember to vote next election. Rackets might win. Ralph might win. Josh might win. How does the County win because I just don't see it.

Yeah that's what I thought I remember... I wish we could see that one. I'd relish that a lot more than the sad filthy house and terrified children.

I really don't see how this survives appeals court. I think they must be banking on the crack ghoul killing himself on drugs before this works its way to the state supreme court.

The Fire Rises News on Kino Casino. Thanks Josh!

At one point when the bimbo brought up that sometimes weight gain is a sympton of childhood sex abuse, Nick was chomping at the bit to say they should "go back and fix it" and that he's "tired of these damned excuses," which is pretty fucking unhinged to say
Yea, very funny and weird thing for someone to say, when we know the condition the children were living in and how thin and malnourished-looking they were. Nick makes sure that IF he were to sexually abuse his kids, they stay thin. Just the way he likes them.

That's interesting; where I grew up, REAL MEN are the ones that did chewing tobacco. It was the wimps that did snuff or dip.
An integral part of the tobacco world is that everyone thinks every other sub-group is a bunch of gaywads. All the way down to what your brand is.
