Very rarely. You can choose why:

- He's incapable of doing so due to brain damage, or
- He's not listening to the trial (he's admitted that)

Both are probably linked, though. He can't listen properly due to his drug-induced brain damage. (In fairness, he's never been a good listener, but in the Rittenhouse and Depp trials, he had other lawyers there to keep him on track.)
