Not to mention, 802.11ac implies you're using a 5GHz radio only, as dual radio 802.11ac devices will usually only have a 2.4GHz radio using the 802.11n standard. These are old, as 802.11ax works on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios, and can aggregate them for even faster transfers. Not only that, 802.11ax introduced the 6GHz radio that brings even faster speeds, and can be aggregated in a triband router to deliver wireless speeds so high you don't even find access points with fast enough wired connections to interface with the rest of the network. And 802.11ax is already becoming old news as 802.11be is slowly but surely entering the market. Obviously no one ever refers to WiFi standards by the IEEE standard, but rather the marketing name. 802.11n is WiFi 4, 802.11ac is WiFi 5, 802.11ax is WiFi 6, and if it includes the new 6GHz radio it's WiFi 6E, and 802.11be is WiFi 7 and the E for the 6GHz band has been dropped. So really, if you're boasting about 802.11ac that means you're running a WiFi spec that's well over a decade old by now and if you really wanted to impress someone you'd get an expensive enterprise access point with WiFi 7 vel 802.11be that offers all three bands at ridiculous speeds that you'll never use as you'll still most likely be connecting with a WiFi 5 vel 802.11ac device, or at best a WiFi 6 vel 802.11ax device, and if both the access point and the client device don't support the same WiFi spec then you won't ever see the speed benefits of yoru expensive access point which is why you always want to verify what WiFi standard your devices are using, whether or not you'll need a newer standard or an extra 6GHz radio and buy something that will fit your personal needs instead of going for the most expensive and greatest hardware you'll be underutilizing 100% of the time.

it shouldn't even matter that his shitty game runs at anything above 60fps since it's an rpg so you're not trying to compete for the best scores or whatever unlike first person shooters where the fps does matter if you want to register enemy responses quicker not to mention undertale runs at 30fps and is still perfectly playable

I suspect the ferret stream is viewbotted. The main indicator is how slow the chat is, streams with half as many views have far more active chat(source below for other streams). The ferret stream doesn't have any kind of community to be disrupted in the first place
I think for ferret stream it makes sense for chat to be mostly dead even if not viewbotted. It's aggressively second screen content by design.
Ironically, the ferret stream is probably less (if at all) botted than the Mald one. He always talks about how the ferretschwitz is funded by the Twitch ads, so the "viewers" are probably the bleeding hearts wanting to save ferrets who just keep the stream open.
Yeah, it's not as if the ferret stream actually has someone interacting with the chat on screen. It's for people to glance over and look at ferrets being "cute" or whatever. A different type of stream but equivalent might be a traffic, beach, nature, etc. webcam.
Having a couple of camera angles that the chat can vote to swap between every view minutes, or a PTZ camera that follows chat commands should be easy as shit to implement.
I liked fishtank's PTZ camera setup, and you dont even need to set it up to TTS or donations or whatever.
Agreed, but one affects the other; the biggest viewership spikes in the ferret streams is always Mald's raid after his streams ends.
