Based on my renovation, I think this would be a reasonable estimate. $100k should cover a complete repipe (~$50k with PEX, more for copper) with the balance for new fixtures, wall repair, and paint.

I don't think so. IIRC he recommended Robert Barnes who did some work for the Farms previously, but I don't think he had anything to do with Hardin.
