XR: not so much.

The only real “advantage” is you piss hot by default.
2/3’s of the medicine is dexamphetamine – the test goes hot on the amphetamine part of that. In some cultures, that could lead to a lower chance of a piss test that fails – due to amphetamines – being sent to a secondary test, because there’s a doctors note to explain the positive test; one might assume.
