I remain of the opinion that if he can't get it, it's probably impossible to get. He's got the money, he's got a lawyer, and he's pissed at Nick.

As to that last point, on a previously MATI, he went over how Nick's daughter appeared on camera twice, and that brought back the memory of Nick falsely accusing the Farms of wanting just wanting to see his kids (he also seemed appreciative towards @Melty Butter and @elb for the face censoring).

On that note, Josh has indicated in the past that if he got it, he would censor out the children's faces. He said that when he was trying to convince to consent to the release of the bodycam footage. I imagine that probably takes some time and energy to do this. Disappointing that we're not getting it immediately, but it seems likely that we WILL be getting it soon-ish.

Last time I was in Sweden I was shocked by how many places in the mall just didn’t take cash at all. Only tap/swipe and weird local online solutions.

In other Euro countries it’s also moving in that direction. (Ironically, less so in the country with a history of corruption like Spain, Greece and Italy.)

I will say this:

If it were anybody other than Null doing this, it would be at about this point I would start contemplating whether this whole thing were just a gay op meant to agitate Rekieta.

However, because it IS Null doing it, and I know he doesn't do gay ops, I am confident he's gonna push this until he either gets the bodycam footage, or simply can't push it anymore.

Put another way, I remain hopeful as long as Null is in charge of the effort. Wrangling with the government is always a pain in the ass.

By the by...

The Russel Greer shit is getting really funny. Greer had asked for his May 6th hearing to be rescheduled because of a very super duper important meeting that couldn't be rescheduled (denied). Come to find out that meeting was going to be a presentation to a governmental body to zone more land for brothels that he could go visit. Hardin has the proof of this and is asking for sanctions. The filing dropped today.

Why do I mention this here?

It's because the thought occured to me that in some magical alternate timeline that now has no chance of ever existing, Josh and Nick could be on a livestream laughing heartily about this. A lot of people found Nick's "Greerstreams" fun back in the day. Instead, modern day Nick actually hopes shitlips wins against Null and the Farms.

Ah, well.
 
God’s timing is always perfect. I can think of so many situations where a frustrating delay later proved to help make the eventual result much more satisfying.

That said maybe whoever sent @Potentially Criminal photos of the Rekieta squalor would authorize their release? Probably not but allow me my hopes and dreams.
