Can't speak for everyone; but the one decent lawyer I know is a half-brother, so when I want to talk tannerite and shit like that, he's not a stick up his ass type. Outside of that, I don't think many people interact with lawyers and realize a good deal of them are probably pretty normal people; to include wanting to laugh and mock shit that goes on in the VERY SERIOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL LEGAL PROFESSION. So, to recap the situation as I understand it:

- However, the stream is still up. Kurt did not apparently use Youtube's DMCA system. Which is, in fact, correct of him, because it's not copyright at issue here. You wouldn't use that system for this. It's a violation of Supertip's ToS, probably YouTube's ToS, and Nevada state law concerning likeness rights (which Melton's ToS has to adhere to).
- The Kurt voice is gone from Supertips.
- Despite not using the YouTube DMCA system (where you would know the identity of the claimant), he still knows Kurt is behind this because Kurt sent a C&D to Melton, Melton complied by taking it down, and then Melton told Nick.
- Sean will be doing the same exact thing soon.

Copyright Cuck has been a known term and using it makes everyone assume they understand what is going on.
Nick is intentionally misrepresenting the facts to make himself look better. People who just pass by and do not engage with the topic won't understand what it is actually about. Nick pretends that Kurt is enforcing some kind of copyright on his likeness. Which is a very simplified way to look at it.

Obviously there is none. The cuck in this situation, if there is one, is Melton. Melton made the decision to comply with the C&D order which clearly is aligned with Melton's own ToS for his superchat system. If Nick is legally correct about everything, then Melton should be taking his advice and ignoring the C&D.

Kurt had and still in my opinion has many options for youtube complaints that could have gotten Nick at least one strike by now. He took the high road and did the least damage possible. But these people are all just morons. Few of any of them even understand what a false flag is.

Well. In the unlikely event that they actually produce and show sex footage:

1) Nick would likely get a felony conviction on revenge porn and possibly land other charges depending on the source of the video. There are several paths to a felony on revenge porn depending in part on how Nick got the footage.
2) Nick would have violated his probation and suffer all the associated consequences of that.

There is no good outcome for Nick in any of this.
