One of Rekieta’s most entertaining qualities as a lolcow is his ability to inflate his own ego to the point of self-sabotage.

Personally, I think facing serious consequences regarding his probation terms just for using AI voices would be a bit disproportionate—even if, under some interpretation of the relevant laws, it might technically be unadvisable. That said, I’m biased, since I also make videos using AI-generated voices of Rekieta.

I genuinely hope his hubris continues to grow unchecked for a while, and that it carries on without consequences just long enough for everything to blow back spectacularly. That’s the funniest possible outcome, at least for me. So for now, I’m fully in the spirit of letting Rekieta cook. He’s very good at that—and certainly doesn’t need any help.

It wouldn't be revenge porn in Minnesota. The law only covers the "dissemination of an image of another person who is depicted in a sexual act or whose intimate parts are exposed".

But it does seem like its reaching the level of harassment from a legal point of view. I mean you have this weird seemingly gay guy (Nick) talking in public about engaging or wanting to engage in gay sexual acts with a particular individual. But its probably not worth bothering with. The comments are far more damaging to Nick than the person he is talking about.
