So I had a brief chat with ChatGPT and the tl:dr is
  1. Unclaimed refunds are all ticket sales excluding ticket holders that actually attended the event.
  2. For PPV, customers that successfully accessed the stream would NOT be counted towards unclaimed refunds. Unclaimed refunds would apply to eligible purchasers who:
    1. Did not access or view the event (similar to non-attendance for in-person events).
    2. Were entitled to a refund (due to cancellation, changes, or technical issues).
    3. Failed to request a refund within the allowed 30-day refund window.
  3. They have to provide a refund if someone requests it, but only within 30 days. So Anusa and idubzz still has a bit of time to think of what to do.
  4. The organizer does NOT get unclaimed refunds back in 1 year.
  5. They HAVE to provide a refund, they can't say they already spent it. Or they will be penalized.
  6. It seems like refunds owed are likely classified as general unsecured debt, and thus can be discharged through bankruptcy.

So their loss caused by Harley would likely be (Ticket sales+PPV of no shows) + (Ticket sales+PPV of requested refunds).

I remember thinking a year ago that Creator Clash would just carry on quietly in its own bubble of H3 and iDubbbz fans. There would be gaffes and we'd all laugh at them but it would still carry on without fault. But Ian really couldn't have fucked this up in a more spectacular way if he tried. He fucked everything up so bad. How do you go from being the content cop guy, one of the most ruthless and respected guys on YouTube, to making an hour long exposé on someone and not only obliterating any support you still had but also somehow actually creating a groundswell of support for the person you were trying to humiliate. Literally who? Am I supposed to be "hyped" by this? This thread has been covering Anisas/Ians attempt to get some new tubers in, and I have NEVER head about them. The CC3 already has such a snoozfest line up and the event is less than 3 months... if this is their planing and schedule skills that they have to show for (after already hosting two prior ones), it will be a disaster.

Shit, i didn't realize how horrible he looked in this fight. Why is he not committing to his punches? Why is he so fucking slow? He moves like George Foreman during his return, but big George still had a shit ton of power in his punches and his timing compensated for his diminished speed. Mr. Johma has the speed a Heavyweight but has the knockout power of a bantamweight.

Extremely late once more, but I watched airsoftfatty's video directed towards Ian. A bit shocking how he openly exploited the poor kid and just seemed to think fatty would never notice that Ian was only pretending to be his friend. Good on him for calling Ian out.

This is a widely criticized forum. Say what you will about us, but null is like the foil to idubbbz. Up until Chris actually raped someone, null did a lot to help Chris and directly intervened when he was being exploited. He was probably his only real friend in the world and only gave up on helping Chris and being someone he could confide in when Chris crossed a line no one should ever cross.

Because he's not a boxer. I remember watching the fight live, and I think by like the second or third round, I said "Mike's gonna win this". Also, Ian is not in shape.

And also, are we forgetting Dr. Mike boxed for 10 years and Ian has zero experience lol?

If this is Ian's peak body, this is as best as it's gonna get.

I used to watch some of Tony Jefferies' videos when I wanted to learn how to box, but his involvement with CC makes me second-guess him. I'm looking at his record now and he's 9-0. To anyone who doesn't know much about boxing, 9-0 is a good record, but it's what you would expect from an amateur, not a professional world title boxer. You should also look at the people he's fought.

This seems a bit unreasonable, so if a fighter drops out of an event with 20 fighters then what, that event is completely totally and irreversibly fucked and all the money is gone? That doesn't sound right.
