Bukele has a literal 80% approval rating, you are not going to convince the el salvadorian people that his state of emergency is wrong. He's still charging people and also Garcia is in a maximum security prison which means he's much much safer.
And to your first point that process already happened in 2019, he was dictated to be deported just not to el salvador, due process does not mean he's given a jury trial or to stand in front of a judge it just means his process was due. The same thing happened with Obama, and Clinton, people were deported without facing a judge or jury, in fact Obama deported 2.3 million people who were on protections from deportations similar to Garcia.

Because a judge is not needed to deport someone for illegally entering the country. Once ICE establishes this fact (i.e. there is zero proof of you being a citizen or resident with legal standing) then your ass is GONE.

The reason this got murky under Biden/Obummer is because illegals would claim "muh Asylum" and this would be honored even if they crossed through multiple other countries (like Mexico) that are stable and thus they would not be eligible for asylum claims under the Refugee Convention.
