During today's MATI, Null stated that he is 100% convinced he will obtain the bodycam footage:

"At this very moment, I have asked our attorney to submit to the Kandiyohi County Police Department our request for video cam footage. Minnesota state law prohibits the release of footage except where there’s consent and except where there’s guilt. So now that there is a guilty party, as long as the investigation is formally closed, there is no legal basis for the state of Minnesota or the county to deny us our request. I told you it would be a waiting game, and if they deny us despite having no legal basis, we may be suing them."
"Shouldn’t have said that I wouldn’t get it, because I’m going to get it. I’m very confident in this. We’ll see. We’ll see. It’s not 100% in my control, but I’m going to do everything that I can for you, my audience."

This one is hilarious, these programs are based on the idea that criminal behavior is "often the result of dysfunctional thought processes". They aim to "teach individuals new ways of thinking and problem-solving to reduce the likelihood of re-offending".

Regarding the Knoxville Knockout Kurse:

I believe I only bought the Kayla transcript and Nick plea deal one. The way Minnesota works, when you pay up the fee, it later gets uploaded into the record for everyone. You are paying for the work.
