That's my read as well, but IANAL.

I think this was the State accommodating the "muh keedz" argument. They should have less activities in August than say, the next month. (Presuming school ends in May as was reported last year for the kids.)

I think they probably did. I agree. There is something very damaging in that report.

On the plus side, his jailtime doesn't start until August so he can still go to the NAMBLA convention and see his best friend Melton!
I'm sure a weekend in Vegas where he has to be completely sober will be really easy and fun, and not at all a hellish experience.
