Everyone that's near Nick has their life screwed up at some point, I would not be surprised to see his probation officer try to become Internet famous by talking about Nick to someone online. They have to be "professional" but they don't have the same confidentially as doctors or lawyers and law enforcement are retards anyway. It would be quite the development. Also fuck Nick for stealing another LOTY, he's going to be like EA winning worst company in America repeatedly.

This is just the start. We still have the other court case to get through later this year which could be even more damaging financially.

It is being overlooked here. Essentially if Nick takes a knee to his probation officer, passes drug tests and other such things, he can avoid those days in jail.

The Judge is basically saying "This is serious, it's happening, follow the rules or you are done"
Were you there and they said that? The way the order reads to me is that he is allowed to defer jail time to Aug 1st so long as he is compliant with probation.

I'm just happy about the 5-fucking-year probation and 80hrs of literal humiliation to this silverspoon-assed junkie cuck.
28/30 days of jail is just whatever, doesn't ruin my joy about this if it's thrown outta window completely.
Good thing that Nick is not an addict and never was, he can be without substances for 5 years easily, he has his vapes and other nicotine products now anyways 🥃 :really:

(TRADED ALCOHOL AND SOME DRUGS STRAIGHT TO NICOTINE AND GALAXY GAS WHEN STATE STARTED TO TEST HIM)

Total and Complete Kiwi Victory. As funny as 30 days in jail might be, the 5 years of probation while remaining clean is even funnier because, as much as Nick claims otherwise, he really is an addict and there's basically no chance he makes it through.

It really is a Good Friday!!!!!!

I want Nick to get the most wretched landwhale of a probation officer that he can't help but act out against in retaliation like a tool, and it causes him to enjoy prison. I want early morning drug tests. Give him the works.

It's hilarious how Nick allegedly blamed being told he was so smart all the time for becoming an addict, according to that woman who was apparently there and then went on the Divinity Said stream after to say what happened, only to be ordered to go to "cognitive skill training".

It also says "May be deferred".

"May".

Which could mean that even if he's technically compliant with everything, if he still acts like a complete and total jackass, they might decide he hasn't learned the lessons he needs to learn yet.

He apparently still hasn't learned he shouldn't act like a complete and total jackass in these circumstances yet.

Interestingly, that woman on Divinity's stream did NOT mention the prospect of a deferral, which suggests it might not have been mentioned at the hearing, though it's impossible to say without a transcript.

I would be willing to stake a lot of money on him violating probation within 90 days if he can't even have alcohol. If not we get to see what the effects of daily Galaxy gas are on a nearly 50 year old man. Another win for the toe!

We now know where Nick went to not-rehab:

"We are a substance use disorder (SUD), nonresidential dual diagnose facility. [...] All clients at the time of intake and service initiation are residing in the community, and are able to manage their affairs [lol]. Clients’ primary vulnerability is SUD and abuse; when sober they are capable of self-management."

Apparently he had to play nice with one or more of these ladies.

Fortunately they have relevant training:"Counseling staff receives annual training in CPR and First Aide, HIV, Hepatitis"

Here's how he ended up with the meth heads:
"During the BioPsychoSocial aspect of the assessment, the counselor will have the ability to grossly assess mental functioning and fragility. [...] Attention will also be given to treatment placement so as to be placed in the best environment conducive to his/her recovery. "
