Yeah I had to read it like four times and even the I wasn't sure what it meant because of the misuse of the word casualty in so many places. What I came away from with it was two shooters, one dead one in custody, 5 victims dead, 4 injured, and even then I have no idea if that's correct

If it was properly reported as a total of 5 casualties with the only fatality being one of the shooters and I misread it because I'm so used to people misusing words then that's great news

I wouldn't be so sure. In this day when ads are constantly attempting to rape your eyeballs every second you are on the internet without an adblocker, people with double-digit IQs probably can't even parse them.
People don't realize that legitimately low-IQ people are great at tuning stuff out. It's why, when you're at the grocery store, some people don't try to move out of the way and just walk around in a haze. There's too much stimuli and they're focusing on the shit they need, so they're not going to even notice you're there until the ram into you.

To adequately advertise to them, you need to have a method to get them actively engaged. That's something that most of the advertisement industry (especially Google) doesn't do.
Ironically, the Sony patent to have someone stand up and say "McDonald's!" to skip an ad would be a much more effective tool against low-IQ people than most advertising tools currently utilized, because, for at least a moment, they're mentally engaging with the brand. Otherwise it's just noise.

To be fair, the term is a military term, it's specifically a person in military service, combatant or non-combatant, who becomes unavailable for duty due to any of several circumstances, including death, injury, illness, missing, capture or desertion. It's been used by the military since 1513

It only started being used by civilians in like the 1840s

He won't do shit because if he truly cared he wouldn't be so quick to forgive him even if prompted by feds. Honestly he could've just not taken that deal and nothing would've changed. But he taken the deal and now has to live with being a traitor to his children.
