The interrogation of James is fascinating in and of itself even if it's only 2 hours of a stationary camera recording three people at a table going over time sheets, professional accountability (or SEVERE lack thereof), and accountability. James's physique and painfully awkward weeble wobbling to worm his way out of explaining his department's incompetence is just icing on the cake.
If you're a fan of police interrogations or true crime in general, give it a watch or listen. It makes for great background noise while doing other stuff. Several other members of the Buckeye police department were interrogated in this fashion and it's a small rabbit hole that's actually pretty entertaining/alarming.
