We were sold this bill of goods before, it resulted in ISIS taking over in Syria, Shias taking over in Iraq, and the Taliban taking over in Afghanistan after a combined 35 years of occupation and over a trillion dollars spent.

Trump puts out tariffs, then backs off if the countries drop theirs: America is no longer being bullied with tariffs.

Seems like a win-win for me, though I prefer jobs coming back to North America where slave labor, extra pollution (China's pollution actually affects the state of living, unlike the US's), sweat shops, low quality, and dictatorships aren't as much of a thing/are illegal.

You want to use tariffs just enough to stop other countries from undercutting your industry, because competition often IS good. Just keep things competitive.

In the case of China, they’re grotesque and need to be cleansed with fire

My clients are freaking out that Trump's going to make their medications unaffordable. I can only find articles stating trump said he'd impose tariffs on pharmaceuticals, but no proof it is happening. Anyone know where this is coming from and if its really what the news is stating?

I don't give a shit. What's the difference between being banned and unbanned? There's no one coming to help us, Orange Man isn't going to do shit, he's going to push the little beads on his tariff abacus back and forth for 4 fucking years, while nothing gets done. The tools, the regulation, the rules, the power exists for them to enact meaningful change at any given second and they REFUSE. I can't even start up the 501c4 because I can't get a fucking payment processor for the 501c4. There's no outlets. The only thing that solves this stalemate is fucking violence and I've driven around the US to know that these fat diabetic mongrel pieces of shit are NEVER going to do ANYTHING but SIT and EAT and DIE from EATING.

Hmmmmm some news leaking out of the DC circuit

Judge Boasberg wasn't the emergency Judge on duty on the day that the case filed against Trump for the gang-banger deportations suit. In fact he was on vacation that day but somehow he was in the courthouse when the suit come into the court system.

It sure looks like Boasberg knew of the filing of the lawsuit ahead of time and used his position as chief judge to assign himself the case before it reached the assigned emergency judge.

“He inserted himself in that role,” Schmitt said on Fox News’s The Faulkner Focus. “He was on vacation. The case was filed at 2:30 in the morning, somehow he ended up with that case. He wasn’t the emergency judge on duty, so I think this requires further investigation and legislation.”

Schmitt continued by arguing that emergency judges “100% of the time” receive these kinds of cases and suggested it is possible Boasberg was “tipped off.” He added that this “unusual” measure represents the actions that “activist judges” are taking to play a role in the cases against the Trump administration.
