I genuinely think if it came to an actual war, china would win if it became a war of attrition. The US population I am convinced doesn’t have the stomach for the type of war that we have seen in Ukraine, and the US equipment while advanced, costs way too goddamn much to be used in a prolonged engagement. China at least has the ability to send endless meat to the grinder
An actual honest to god war with China would be a pacific island hoping adventure similar to the pacific theatre of WW2, not a trench war like the Ukraine. You can’t build trenches in the sea.

The US has all kinds of funny bases across Pacific Ocean while China has also been building theirs. In addition both countries have carriers although the US has a lot more of them. So in addition to bases you know are there there are essentially mobile air bases surrounded by a bunch of other ships that you have no idea where they are.

And the fun thing about island hopping is that you actually win those by technological superiority since at the end of the day there’s only so much you can fit on a boat or an island. Part of the reason why the US did so well in the pacific during ww2 was because a single marine was far more deadly than a ‘nip because of the m1 rifle.

Tell me do you also believe that Kim ill sung also invented the hamburger and was born under a rainbow?
It is actually true about their ship building, but it doesn't imply what people think it does.

Shipping freighters are one of the easiest vessels to build, a big tub with an engine on the back. This is especially true if the crew have no quality of life standards.

The idea that this capacity can be immediately turned into submarines, destroyers, carriers, or any kind of blue water navy is absurd. Guns, stealth, detection, advanced electronics, and all sorts of other complex things are required to make functional warships, even the simpler ones. It's like claiming you can turn your lawnmower factory into a car factory because hey, they both have wheels!

They're making gains on building naval ships but not that fast.

Input costs are the sole reason manufacturing was offshored to begin with. Labor almost always being the highest input cost.
China was added to the world trade organization in 2000, if wages were a major part in moving manufacturing then why wasn't a majority of manufacturing moved elsewhere beforehand. Again a 100% tariff costs car manufacturers 5 times more than a 20 dollar an hour salary. Especially because america is literally the number 1 buyer of cars so manufacturers are paying out the fucking ass to ship and wont see much profits.

So let me give you a quick rundown of my to be fair biased opinion on military technology. Russia and the CCP exaggerate or fabricate a capability, US defense contractors love this and then take the dishonest starting point and expand upon it with additional dishonesty. This is pushed hard through lobbying at politicians who are happy to take those free trips to Hawaii to discuss these imagined threats. Then hundreds of millions to billions of dollars go into developing a countermeasure to something that likely didn't exist in the first place.

Combine this with Chinese/Russian military compensation which is hilariously bad. This leads to an even worse culture of corruption where the tail end of the cold war they were selling warehouses of munitions. On the smaller scale today you have 50,000 dollars for body armor which started at 100,000 and ends up being 15,000 dollars of nonsense that only equips half the troops.

If you want to get a picture of the Chinese military culture look at their peacekeeping operations. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...p-south-sudan-rebels-raped-aid-workers-report. I'm a biased American with some years in the defense industry for sure so take that into consideration but I don't worry about other militaries unless they start dropping nuclear weapons. I'll admit though that drone warfare is horrific and terrifying.

The United States has approximately 800 military bases globally, infiltrated hundreds of sovereign elections and financed foreign death squads, and has used surveillance on allies and its own citizens.
Nobody fucking cares.

EVERY flag of EVERY nation worth a shit has blood all over it. From the fucking Land of Shitty Teeth & Fog to the Boxhead Empire to the Faggot Frag Factory...

ALL of them.

And stop acting like the US is the one who fucked up the world. That shit went down when the European powers carved up the world in like 1600.

Gotta give it to the Eurofaggots, they managed to convince everyoen that their problems are the fault of a 250 year old country instead of them.

Journalists are not "people", anyone with a brain knew that Russian invasion of a country directly beside Russia would not end quickly. Similarly I don't buy Chinese propaganda of men marching in perfect unison. We already know how China does in a war which is ultimately why they posture, not fight.
Just look at their MRE's or standard issue rifle. They're a dogshit paper tiger and always will be. Their only positive is the lack of care for life and ability to maybe zerg rush things. Armchair general nonsense but I always heard that if you fucked up their 3 gorges dam, it'd completely decimate the whole country. It's weird they seemingly have a push to win button built in.

Wow your telling me it's human nature to fight each other over various reasons and that every country no matter how big or small has blood on its hands? I never would've guessed, in all seriousness though is this guy a bot? Like his account I sent even 2 weeks old and he only ever posts on this thread. Makes me wonder if he is actually a bot.

Yep. That Dam is China's biggest fucking Achilles heel and they fucking know it.
I feel like that would be the last option before using nukes, since there would be incredible civilian casualties if the dam breaks. Obviously civilian casualties weren't a concern with the two nukes the US dropped on Japan, but I imagine a war would have to get pretty bad before bombing the dam is on the table.

Its better for the environment. Shipping cars from overseas releases so much carbon.

But the fact is the left / uniparty don't care about the environment. its always been about using environmentalism to shut down opposition, using it as a cudgel to make people fall in line with the latest agenda, and taking away our god given rights and freedoms.

the danger of a little correct knowledge/information leading to a conclusion that in theory or on paper could be seen as "logical"

is the US population very sad and cringe and gay right now for the most part? Yes

But your missing ALL the forest for an admittedly big, single tree, that being the idea that American population is to "weak" to fight a war so far from us.

So lets address your 2 points 1 at a time shall we? This will be a slightly fun by highly useful look into how history can help inform how certain geopolitical events will unfold.

1. your first point being Americans are gay and decadent with no stomach for war, they are to bastardized, niggerized and owned lock stock and barrel by the jews to have any ability to wish to fight a long term war let alone arm and supply such a fighting force so far from their own shores.

You might be thinking "hmm that sounds like your mis representing his point a little" Yes cunning reader I am, the above statement is a very slightly and I do mean that genuinely, paraphrased quote from Hitler to his own high council during a daily Fuher meeting in 1940 in regards to americas chances of joining the war (Source is Rise and Fall Of the Third Reich, I can find the exact area he says it if pressed but know its there)

Your idea is a slightly more tame version of that and when you put the 2 next to eachother with the history we know followed its just kinda funny to think 80 years removed from the fall of his Reich that the Great grandsons of the men who toppled his little tin foil empire of 1,000 years in just under half a decade would be using nearly his same talking points to declare how their own nation was of such little character that they could not rise to fight tyranny again should it wish to growl and moan like its not to anciently slain kin. it would certainly seem to be very cruel irony indeed.

In case you skipped history class, a little less than 4 years after he would utter those words over a million of those decedent and bastard americans and their allies had shown up at his beach, thousands of miles from their own shore, build 2 floating harbors

we built fucking FLOATING HARBORS and unloaded 3 army groups worth of whoop ass onto dug in ENTRENCHED troops in concrete pillboxes with machine guns, artillery and mortars all scoped and sighted right on their position. I also want to tell anyone who dosent already know this.

SAVING PRIVATE RYAN FUCKED UP THE CLIFF SCALE
1744146433801.jpeg 1744146480913.jpeg
This is what OMAHA would have looked like, more or less, those cliffs were SHEER, there was no "scaling them" that was possible at some other beaches but not OMAHA, the boys there just more or less dug in at the center until the cliffs were flanked from much further than most realize, with some areas needing to be connected up from other beaches elements.

if you remeber my other post about dunkirk you will remember the British lost 68,000 men to hold the line long enough to evacuate their men, so how many did we lose on this, "day of days"? On this Cultural juggernaut of an event what all Americans think of as our greatest "sacrifice"?

Maybe, MAYBE 12,000

thats not even a full division of troops, not to minimize ANY mans death but if 68,000 lost troops is and afterthought when 350,000 are evacuated, 12,000 to land over a million must be seen as nothing short of one of the most flawless and exceptional military plans even executed.

So my assertion is we could do it again

No lmao. The illegals who are stealing SS numbers are not the same ones who are paying taxes. The illegals who pay taxes first obtain individual taxpayer ID numbers (ITIN) from the IRS, which allows them to file annual taxes.
Someone would have to be retarded to think it would be a good idea to file taxes using someone else’s SS number, and then submitting that as evidence to the government.
And yet, I have family that had to deal with exactly that: some illegal alien having filed taxes in their name using their SSN. Are you genuinely surprised that an illegal alien would be that retarded? Have you forgotten that we are posting on a site that was originally started for laughing at retards?

We know their army is fucking shit, even China says this from time to time, they constantly identify it as the weakest part of the military.
The concern is not their army, it’s their air and naval forces which they’ve done an absurd amount of build up in both, not even considering all the missiles they could launch in a Taiwanese war since it’s in their own backyard. It could be they’re paper-tier and all underperform and we easily destroy them. Or they could perform exceptionally well with their reported stats holding up and inflict devastating damage before going down.
We don’t really know since none of their modern shit has had any combat experience at all, nor do they give their best shit to other countries. Granted, the complete lack of experience versus us having plenty of experience everywhere (except big navy on navy fights) is a fat advantage in our favor.

Always wondered if they were going to invade, idk, Afghanistan for a quick peace operation for the purpose of actually getting their army and air some actual experience. But I doubt they’ll do that.

there were fears in 2020 that the rainy season would cause it to fail. We had a happening thread about it. The fallout from the 3GD flooding would cause huge human loss.

China would lose much worse in a war of attrition. Mainly because for every chink male you kill you're destroying 2 families because the male is expected to not only support their direct family but also their wives entire family. So basically every soldier is Private Ryan.

That shit went down when the European powers carved up the world in like 1600.
Speaking as a pure blooded American: Even this is unfair. 90% of the places Europe colonized were objectively improved by said colonization and were only "arbitrarily carved up" because nothing resembling consistent cultural borders or civilization existed to begin with.

Middle East: Constantly undergoing change from caliphates, muslim empires, mongols, mass migrations, eventually leading to the fall of the ottoman empire which lead us to where we are now. Middle easterners have by and large been unsatsfied with every border arrangement since the end of the "islamic golden age" (aka the brief couple centuries before islam fucked up what it inherited).

ddff1afe35.png

Asia: Most places were experiencing internal conflicts to begin with that Euros took sides in, India's entire identity as a single "country" came from Britain forcing them into one, prior to that it was just a geographic location. China is an exception but despite the claims of "4000 years of history" the idea that said history has been one consistent think is laughable. Japan is also an exception but they pulled through fine, thailand was untouched, korea had been in a tug of war between china and japan for thousands of years, etc. The most fucked up was objectively the Philippines and they also pulled through fine.

Americas: Outside of Tenochtitlan nothing resembling consistent civilization, borders, or anything of note. Note one person living in the Americas would want to go back if given the option. Not fucking one. What came out of colonialism? The greatest civilization the world has ever seen and this is coming from a totally unbiased poster:
ur,pin_large_front,square,600x600.u2.jpg

Australia: Lol

Africa: Lol. Lmao even.

The reality is Europe gets blamed for not being able to maintain the good it did. Europe brought an unusual standard of coordination and functionality to places that were at best a mess beforehand, and the post WW2 USA did more or less the same on a global scale.

Any time we see colonialized places receding from stability into chaos, we seem to blame the only people who made said stability possible to begin, really these places are just returning to their natural state. It's like blaming the propeller motor for a helicopter being on the ground because the propellor motor shut off. No idiot, the propeller was the only reason the fucking thing was in the air to begin with.
