The judge noted that the Trump administration's arguments about the extent of the president's powers are "awfully frightening" and a "long way from" the intent of the law.
He also vowed to hold the Trump administration accountable, if necessary, if they violated his court order last weekend blocking the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport the Venezuelan migrants.

"The government's not being terribly cooperative at this point, but I will get to the bottom of whether they violated my word and who ordered this and what's the consequence," he said.
Actual lunacy, penishead here is confirming that he really does believe his word is law and he has complete power to dictate to the government in its entirety. I hope he's made an example of, this is ridiculous

Canada has floated doing major defense deals with Europe and improving the continent’s access to its critical minerals in response to President Donald Trump’s threats and his pullback from US defense commitments.
Oh, man, who are they going to turn to? Germany and France? I guess Germany would have made sense last century. Maybe the Scandinavians? Maybe the Poles? Hell, the Ukes?
The ambassador’s letter, which was seen by Bloomberg News, requested Italy’s support

I’d say just by observations there’s a couple drivers:
-The right-left divide where men have been left behind
-The men hate that started in the 2010s
-The Covid arc where everyone was taught by screens and had stunted social development. Younger zoomers have limited social interaction. They are terrified of taking to a real person.
- dating culture expectations: men are encouraged to find a trad wife (think Andrew Tate ideas) and women expect men to spend $500 on a date and if they don’t then they are not worth their time.
- Dating apps: FOMO. My friend in NYC says ‘normal’ dates are harder to find then hookups. Everyone thinks their perfect, wealthy dream partner is just a swipe away, so they never actually end up dating anyone because they think they can get better (this applies to both sexes).
- Social media/ influencers: a ton of content on Instagram and TikTok is scripted so ‘couples content’ gives people skewed ideas about what a relationship should entail.

If I had to summarize, zoomers have had little organic social interaction with not just opposite genders but with each other.

Don’t drag me into retarded debates about gender, I’m just generalizing and sharing my observations over the past 15 years.

Edit: I invite any zoomers to share other things I have maybe missed.
In my personal experience I have run into a lot of friend groups whose general relationship is entirely vapid.
I am not sure if this is just a holdover from high school culture but finding someone you can talk to without a veneer of irony over everything you say is exceedingly hard. I would be more sad if it weren't so frustrating.

So, with it having been exposed that this new anti-Tesla campaign is led by a "resistance" group funded by Soros, how does it look for a Democrat victory in those midterms?

The Democrats stopped needing to actually win elections decades ago. The real question is can their rigging apparatus overcome these setbacks.

In 2016, the polling was so wrong they didn't know they had to engage the machine until it was too late. That lead to some of Clinton's rumored freakout comments on election night.

In 2020, we all saw how that worked, with the 4 AM vote dumps.

In 2024, either they didn't seriously try (there's a rumor they realized going in it was a lost cause) or they just couldn't overcome Hurricane MAGA's Red Wave.

It's a midterm, so there won't be as many people watching to prevent obvious bullshittery, the MAGA / GOP won't fight as hard, and the margins for rigging will be smaller and easier to achieve. So I'm not super hopeful.

But with the Tesla thing specifically, they simply aren't going to acknowledge it's even happening, yet alone that it has any ties to Soros, in the media. Even mentioning his name is a hate crime, you bigoted noticer wot notices things, you.

The real fear is if these idiots win having pulled all this stuff. It will teach them that using domestic terrorism is a good way to suppress the vote, fight "fascism" and win elections. You do not want these people to get it through their retarded marxist heads that this will work, or you'll start seeing pipe bombs randomly go off whenever some tranny runs for dog catcher against an evil Str*ght Wh*te M*le.

Trump says he didn’t sign proclamation invoking Alien Enemies Act (CNN)
President Donald Trump on Friday downplayed his involvement in invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport Venezuelan migrants, saying for the first time that he hadn’t signed the proclamation, even as he stood by his administration’s move.

“I don’t know when it was signed, because I didn’t sign it,” Trump told reporters before leaving the White House on Friday evening.

The president made his comments when asked to respond to Judge James Boasberg’s concerns in court on Friday that the proclamation was “signed in the dark” of night and that migrants were hurried onto planes.

“We want to get criminals out of our country, number one, and I don’t know when it was signed, because I didn’t sign it,” Trump said. “Other people handled it, but (Secretary of State) Marco Rubio has done a great job and he wanted them out and we go along with that. We want to get criminals out of our country.”

The proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act appears in the Federal Register with Trump’s signature at the bottom.

Hours after the president made his comments on Friday, the White House claimed that Trump was not talking about whether he signed the document last week.

“President Trump was obviously referring to the original Alien Enemies Act that was signed back in 1798,” a White House statement said. “The recent Executive Order was personally signed by President Trump invoking the Alien Enemies Act that designated Tren de Aragua as a Foreign Terrorist Organization in order to apprehend and deport these heinous criminals.”

Yet Trump’s assertion that “other people handled it,” and his specific citation of Rubio, is at odds with that White House statement.

Trump raised Rubio’s name without prompting from reporters. When he was then asked a hypothetical question about whether he would send another deportation flight to El Salvador tonight amid the ongoing litigation, Trump said it would be up to Rubio.

“I would say that I’d have the Secretary of State handle it, because I’m not really involved in that, but the concept of getting bad people murderers, rapists, drug dealers, all of the, these are really some bad people out of our country. I ran on that. I won on that,” Trump said.

At a hearing earlier Friday, Boasberg vowed to find out whether officials in the Trump administration violated his orders temporarily blocking the use of the Alien Enemies Act for deportations by refusing to turn two flights around last weekend.

“I will get to the bottom of whether they violated my order – who ordered this and what the consequences will be,” Boasberg said near the end of the hourlong hearing over whether he should lift the pair of orders he issued last Saturday.

Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, appeared incensed over how the Justice Department has handled the fast-moving case, opening the hearing by tearing into the tone the administration had taken in some of its court filings.

He told DOJ attorney Drew Ensign that the government had used “intemperate and disrespectful” language that he’s “never seen from the United States” as it pushed various legal arguments before him earlier this week, including the suggestion his orders from the bench last Saturday carried less weight than a written order that was issued shortly after those proceedings.

Much of Friday’s hearing focused on arguments from the Justice Department for why Boasberg should lift his orders to stop, for now, Trump’s use of the 18th-century law to quickly deport some migrants whom the US has accused of being affiliated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. The administration is arguing that Boasberg exceeded his authority in blocking the removals because, they say, Trump’s use of the act is an unreviewable by federal courts.

This story has been updated with additional details.

Seems odd or a clip taken out of context. I don't see how Trump doesn't have the authority, but I guess Boasberg has been taking himself extra seriously lately.

He looks like the guy who reviews canned fish.
I like these ones. They're cheap enough, need no prep, and one can of each gets you 100% of your protein in a day at only ~400 calories. Store easy in a glovebox too, so real easy for work breaks.

I'm still waiting for literally any proof they rigged any elections.
I know it's for derail bait but even shitlibs have been going "Where did all the voters go?" after losing while posting this graph that was used to prove something was fucky, absent mindedly getting so so close to getting it yet so far away.

Voters.jpg

That and on election night recently we saw several county attempts to upside L pattern biden blast boost but they made everyone paranoid and ravenous and we had more poll watchers and volunteers than ever, they got out maneuvered and outvooted.

That and the hood classic of burst water mains, AM votes and even people live on air "Uhhhing" over the numbers being that disparate, covering up the office windows, the boxes of ballots being scooted from under desks. At this point if you don't think something is up you're not paying attention or intentionally acting dumb.

You're never going to get a 9th circus judge and some major authority going "Lol we cheated" in writing.

There's been literally dozens of lawsuits and all of them were dismissed. There was no rigging.
In the same courts begging to un-deport already deported gang members too right? :story:

Something I haven't seen mentioned is that there is no practical way to fix it as an individual.
Time and time again I see some of my peers spin the dating roulette. They go the full hog, new clothes, spruce up their profiles, try and find hobbies women also do. And at the end of the day they get nothing. While some lucky shmuck just stumbles into a relationship.
There feels as if there is 0 control. The only thing you can do is not make mistakes. But making mistakes doesn't affect your odds just how you feel about yourself.

I don't really like big fish in cans, tuna is an amazing fish, shitty once it's in a can. Prefer herring or anchovy for cans.

Tuna in pouches helps avoid the change in flavor since it has to be cooked less to pasteurize. But it is pricey.

Why didn't they appeal it to the SCOTUS? Again, there was literally no proof presented. "Less people voted" and "line look funny" is not proof. Sorry retard.
This little game you're playing reminds me of smugglypuff.

"I didn't SEE anything, officer."

(Come to think of it, that's another good example of the shit eating "I just got away with something" grin females get, as discussed before this latest derail. Bonus observation: Know Your Meme censored any video links giving out Smuglgypuff's name -- Valerie "Theo" (yes, she's a pooner) Williamson --and explicitly doesn't name her in the page on the meme.)
