Nah I get you, but I just don't think that its a delusion, they know that their body is, for example for trans woman, male, they just want it to be female. Idk if it's a fair comparison but like a skinny guy who wants to be a bodybuilder will never be one without steroids and all that, but if he can put in the effort, he still can be a better of himself, one that he doesn't dislike seeing in the mirror. But it doesn't address the root cause at all, and when their "staying alive" is actively destroying themselves because of their mental illness, that's a miserable existence to live. Besides that, we probably COULD have actual, effective treatment for "gender dysphoria" (you know, like therapy) if it was actually treated like the delusional mental illness it is, rather than someone "discovering their true self." Trannies are rarely happy, if ever, with themselves, the way they look, their bodies, the way they feel, etc., except *very* occasionally in the case of AGPs. It's just a perpetual cycle of never being satisfied, because, you know - it's not who they actually are at all. YWNBAW and other sayings.

I know the anorexia comparison gets used a lot here and for good reason. Would you tell an anorexic "yes, you really are fat, you need to lose weight" when they're perfectly healthy or even underweight? See thats the claim they make but the evidence says otherwise.
Suicidality doesn't go down after "transition" it stays about the same, or even slightly increases.
Plus the argument that "they will kill themselves if we don't play along with them" is an appeal to emotion and it doesn't even play out, if that was the case, you'd see huge suicide rates throughout history right up until a decade or so ago when this social contagion really started to take off. Thats if Trannies had really "always been around" like they claim.
The evidence doesn't show this. In fact it could be argued it shows the opposite, suicide among teenage girls in the UK for instance has shot up since 2015, which is also when this Gender bullshit started to become more common.

The evidence that chemical and surgical intervention helps people with a disorder that is entirely psychological just isn't there, despite what the Transgender movement claims.
Sure you can find studies that are poorly done with manipulated data that try to make a case for it, but independantly examining their results rather than taking their claims at face value in fact show the opposite.
And then look at who funded these studies and you find its organizations that directly profit from these things continuing and expanding.

Spend enough time on these threads you can find video of doctors from the Hospitals that do these procedures speaking about what a huge money maker these surgeries are for the Hospital.
When the people who are profitting from something are the ones telling you its safe and should continue and be made more accessible, you have to wonder about the conflict of interest.

The Transgender movement is the only case of a mental illness where the people who profit from its continued existance got to set the policy on how it should be treated, and that recommends drastic surgical interventions for a purely psychological problem.
