Straight up the build I first tried, however I was disenchanted to see that choosing the obese trait did not make the character a fat fuck in game and I couldn't find the fat faggot tuft hairstyle option. However I have found a couple cannibalism mods and a body option mod that combined may well be able to help create a lore accurate piggletits assuming I can get them to work on this thing.

Odds are I will just abandon this semi-project but should I configure it right I will start off in the first starter area which is apparently the poorest and most ghetto part of the county and see how many days man of pig can last before the inevitable.

You need the Dynamic Bodies mod and to start with the Obese modifier.
 
I’m surprise no one has suggested something like Blue Scribes of Tzeentch for him. It’s a perfect combo between his twitter and writing career.
