Apologies if I am missing the sarcasm, but I very much disagree with this. She would have irreparable damage to her body, just like you can't stop smoking a pack a day for 20 years or stop doing hard drugs and expect you are just as healthy as someone who never did, but if she lost 350 pounds she would gain decades on her life, avoid many medical issues to come, and could even reverse some medical conditions that she already has. Things like chronic back pain, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure have all been known to resolve in a good amount of those who could get down to and maintain a healthy weight.

Appearance wise, you are correct, she will never look like a normal human. Best case scenario would have her body covered with dozens of feet of scars and still be weirdly bulky.

I've got to imagine that ADHD stimulants combined with semaglutide injections would cause Olympic levels of weight loss. I wonder if anyone has done that before?

Yes, I picked up a second job to afford semaglutide and a personal trainer, I was also on Aderall (hence why I was able to work two jobs). You will not eat at all, the semaglutide alone will make you forget about food completely, mixed with amphetamines it will look disgusting. A regular person would get a couple meals a week. That's why it's so insane to me when I see these hogs gulp down a whole meal while on semaglutide, how much do you have to love food to push past literal nausea, stomach/intestinal pain, and your own mind just to get that next hit? What a lot of people like is that it takes away a lot of food centric thoughts, it's just not that important to you anymore.
However, that means that if you were dependant on food as a coping mechanism then that often means transfer of addiction. I was smoking like a fucking chimney and very unfortunately got into league. That's why you need healthy things you can rely on (no, Amberlynn, a relationship is NOT a coping mechanism, no matter how much you treat it as such).

Simple. Not everyone is affected the same by the side effects. Many people either don’t get them at all, or they ease over time. I know many folk that take GLP-1s, that say they don’t experience any physical side effects. Some will say they loose the food thoughts though so stay on it.
