Doxing is very much a simple issue. You're putting information out there which makes it trivial to target someone (often alongside opinions or information which stirs righteous indignation to enable others to feel justified in targeting them), but because the U.S. government is ran by avaricious leeches, they keep it legal so that data brokers can enrich themselves by buying and selling P.I.I. for pennies apiece. Until it personally affects enough politicians in a way that forces them to address it, they will allow this to continue. There's not a damn thing complicated about it.

Doxing is not a complicated issue, it just shows how easy it is to obtain information on others who are retards about their online footprint. It's a system that can be exploited by anyone for better or for worse.

At the same time, people need to stop saying stupid shit online with their whole personal identity attached to what they're saying and doing if they don't want to face consequences. Common sense continues to shrink in the digital age.

Kayla will not let April over when she is subject to the same restriction as Nick. Nick might be thinking with his Balldo but Kayla is not going to risk jail/being separated from her children for Nick's side ho.

April will also have the same restrictions.

This is possibly 3 different Probation Officers making surprise visits with the authority to have them all arrested. It probably wouldn't end their probation but a PO catching April visiting the children on a kids birthday resulting in all 3 arrested and CPS called again creates a steep learning curve. I think it will be Kayla that will be the fast learner here.

Doxing is a completely neutral thing on itself; people behaving criminally with the info they gathered is a different issue.

Well, if it's from hacking YOU did and are dumb enough to admit to. We've certainly used info that got leaked thanks to hacks, like Jake Alley's dox from the Patreon leak. But you can access the Patreon leak to this day from the Internet Archive. It isn't illegal to disseminate if you never had any obligation to maintain its confidentiality or personally stole the information, or were involved in soliciting the crime that made the information public.
