The failure of the Court to deal with this degrades the authority of the judiciary. Within living memory, a district court judge would have long ago called Greer and Hardin into chambers and reamed out Greer for his failure to engage in good faith. This case is not only a waste of judicial and litigant resources, but its continued existence immensely depreciates the authority of the judiciary to resolve cases or controversies in the mind of the public. It's unremediated nonsense is a failing of the Court, not of Greer, and can only be resolved with harsh sanctions.

This almost feels like some sort of attempt at 4D chess to trick his family into joining him in the lawsuit and hiring lawyers on his behalf. He has to have known that the reason he provides contact information for his witnesses is in order for the other party to contact them as part of the lawsuit. From there, Hardin contacts them, and then Russell spins wild tales to them of Harding being an evil harasser cyberstalking him. They now feel personally involved and as though they need to "protect" themselves... by hiring attorneys who then work on the case with Russell.

Even if that's not the case, this is a really shitty thing to put your family through over Christmas.

This is what I think is happening. Russ didn't tell his family that they were going to be the only evidence he is providing in this suit and that is the real reason he was reluctant to disclose their names. When he was forced to and Hardin contacted them he needed to portray Hardin as the bad guy who is harassing him and his family. Not that Russ himself named them as witnesses, but Hardin took it upon himself to subpoena them.

Jesus, Hardin not pulling any punches here. Though I think he's overdoing it a bit with 'case-ending sanctions', think he mentioned them at least 4 times, feels like he's telling judge what to do too much. Same thing with wilful/recalicant.

With the judge putting RG on the clock to disclose and submit certain items, the fact he's continued to play fast and loose with deadlines practically requires Hardin to not pull any punches. It would be one thing if RG was complying with deadlines or advancing the case and this was his first missed deadline. Most attorneys are willing to be flexible if the other side is willing to act in good faith to move things forward. RG has done none of that and he's dragging out the case to not just Dear Leader's detriment but Hardin's as well since his ability to do both billable work and non-billable admin tasks is greatly hampered right now. Hardin has every right to professionally demand this shit end now.

From experience, spam in foreign languages comes and goes in streaks. Spammers simply import a list of addresses and blast their spam to them without regard to the language being used.

That said, it's typical RG to be dumb enough to include a screenshot of his spam folder when it didn't add anything to his filing.

I've always had the impression this "college" is only slightly better than a diploma mill.

He's dotting his it's crossing his T's and making sure to remind the Judge in every filing what the escalating problems are.

Hardin is making it abundantly clear that he is willing to follow the rules and do everything reasonably possible to move the case forward all while the plaintiff in the case is the one resisting all efforts to move forward. As much as RG has been coddled by this court, it's becomes more difficult for the court to coddle him and look the other way when it comes to his shenanigans from today. Russ' conduct from this afternoon definitely wasn't on my bingo card.

If I might offer a suggestion to Null and Hardin. Regarding something that can't in any way help Greer at this point. Some of Greer's revealed antics today look and sound very familiar. You might want to go back through his AGT lawsuit and in particular his interactions with the female lead attorney for the production company. The whole part where he claimed to believe that the defendants lawyer is a "Neutral Third Party" who is supposed to act in his interests? I'd swear he pulled almost the exact same thing with her. And she blasted him in the same way. The same nonsense where he refused communications with the defendants council on key matters. This isn't this retards first rodeo for exactly this sort of behavior in front of the court. And he got slapped down for it then.

Back when I took a high school language course I created an account on a translation dictionary website for that language. I have to think that the site had a data breach at some point, because my spam folder has been stuffed to the brim with (purported) hot foreign girls using a whole lot of words they definitely didn't teach in high school.

Where's he getting the protective order from? I'm not extremely up to date, but his fillings today are the first I've heard of it.

He had requested everything be under utmost secrecy. The Judge denied that and stated that the Standard Discovery Protective Order that the court uses by default would be sufficient. It limits what can be redacted, and the litigants must specify when providing the specific information that it falls under the order. When Russ provided the Witness info he had a requirement to mark it "Confidential, For Attorney's Eyes Only". Which he failed to do. Oopsie! It would not have mattered as I can't see where redacting his witness info because of imagined harrassment does not seem to fall within the scope of the STandard Protective Order. It is usually meant to shield things like confidential business information. Stuff that would never be public and cannot be found in a phone book or Google search.

He does seem to think Hardin is supposed to be helping him instead of doing his job for the ooperator.

He did the same exact thing with the Americas Got Talent Lawyer. Like I said above, this all feels real familiar like watching a Russel Rerun.
