It doesn't matter what he does. Eventually it will be on KF. It is inevitable. If the case is closed, then couldn't someone use FOIA to release it? Unless Ape or Kayla decide to go to trial, but I highly doubt that'd be the case.
AFAIK that's what Josh tried and was DENIED 'cause Rackets sealed the records. You'd need a permission from one of them who is on video, which is why Josh dangles the $6k crowdfund before April. If the case is closed, then couldn't someone use FOIA to release it?
Nick, how is this possible big guy? Didn't you say this was an obvious case of government corruption? Didn't you say you were going to fight, fight, fight it the whole way? Didn't you say you the police and CPS lied about what they found in your house? Didn't you say the testing lab messed up the drug reports? Didn't you tell your "friends" that the police rubbed cocaine in your daughter's hair? Didn't you say you had video evidence that could prove all this? Didn't you say the practicing lawyers who thought you'd need to take a plea deal were retards who didn't know what they were talking about?Looks like he took a plea deal.
Plea hearing is on 1/24/2025.
If the case is closed, then couldn't someone use FOIA to release it? Unless Ape or Kayla decide to go to trial, but I highly doubt that'd be the case.
@MNPublicRecords, my nigga, you can do the funniest shit after the case is done.It doesn't matter what he does. Eventually it will be on KF. It is inevitable.
Or you could be a self aggrandizing faggot wildly embellishing something that happened to own the Karens and John is completely fine; You can ask @Captain Manning directly which is it.Because we all know a John, a genuine hopeless fuckup retard who for no good reason and of our own volition we end up carrying on our back uphill like a cross
A John is human salvage. They accidently prey off human kindness. They might be druggies, molested, or just depressed but you never really expect your John to do anything other than John about, but that’s not why you help him is it? He’s the human equivalent of a stray cat.
Well Rikieta walked this John off a wire, and then later, through some miracle John stops being a John, or maybe he still is a John, and Rikieta for whatever reason demanded total John loyalty. This wailing cat in a river grabbed on to the first outstretched hand it found and now years later is expected to still serve his lordship.
And you know how it feels. Whip out your phone. Go to “that” contact and think of how retarded and spiteful you’d have to be to craft a dear John, then imagine doing it to for the world to hear. It’s not just calling the debt on your broke ass friend, it’s sending his ass to collections.
Is Nick “I NEVER LIE” Rekieta still pretending Rumble picked him up for another lucrative year?
Who is currently Nick´s audience? I´d guess weebs and wine moms so the anti drug PSA, even if we were charitable and think he still has a career streaming, would be completely worthless.
There was another stream a long time ago where he explained his views that corporations just give people money without any expectations at all. That once he started working for a corporation (rumble), he didn't have to worry about ratings or views or stats or superchats. They would just pay him money forever and he could do whatever show he wanted. Even a show nobody watched.
He really didn't understand business at all or even really what a job is. He also really thought at the end of his contract that he was some sort of big star that was going to courted by rumble and listened to. The impression I get is that they never even contracted him about a renewal. His failure was so spectacular that he was just an embarrassment to be forgotten. And when the people he could reach didn't listen to his ideas, escalating all the way to the board of directors probably made sense to Nick.
He really did have a chance at substantial success for a moment. But when it came down it, what Nick really wanted were lewds of middle-aged women, an online romance with a skinwalking troon and a bottle up his own ass.
They obviously thought with Nick they were getting a major legal commentator with a large audience and a channel that generated really high superchat revenue. There is no way to know if Nick could have ever met their expectations for him, but honestly Nick never even tried.
It’s amazing, really. Fucker was on third base and still couldn’t make it home.Nick really did miss away every advantage he ever got.
I am not sure I understand why a defendant would be able to deal the records. Especially if they took a plea deal etc. I don't get it.AFAIK that's what Josh tried and was DENIED 'cause Rackets sealed the records. You'd need a permission from one of them who is on video, which is why Josh dangles the $6k crowdfund before April.
ven though Nick probably deserves hard time for starting one of his kid's hard drug addictions so early in life and having a dealer's amount of cocaine, I think him going free is what's best for us.
When I was younger an *actual* famous person appeared at the local juvenile correctional facility to discuss making good choices. I thought they did it out of the bottom of their heart, but others told me it was totally to part of a plea negotiation regarding some sort of charges. Also, has the state ever done something like that before? Allowing someone to become a social advocate in exchange for not punishing them?
Yeah, commit a felony then post the result here so the farms will also be implicated in this, all to ayyylog someone on the Internet. Did Nick Rekieta came up with this? Sounds like something he'd do with Melton...@MNPublicRecords, my nigga, you can do the funniest shit after the case is done.
Wouldn't the case files be accessible locally after it is done? I assumed that was the way that user got the files for the child testing positive for cocaine. I thought that Nick only sealed the records in regards to his CPS case and not on his criminal case. I wasn't trying to imply he should commit a crime to get them, if it came out that way I apologize.Yeah, commit a felony then post the result here so the farms will also be implicated in this, all to ayyylog someone on the Internet. Did Nick Rekieta came up with this? Sounds like something he'd do with Melton...
Your right. Don’t post it here but post it somewhere else and let us archive it.Yeah, commit a felony then post the result here so the farms will also be implicated in this, all to ayyylog someone on the Internet. Did Nick Rekieta came up with this? Sounds like something he'd do with Melton...

Nick probably showed the judge his half a million subscriber channel and said “see I’m famous. I have a lot of influence” and the judge, not realizing that Rekieta actually doesn’t have that large a base anymore thought this would be a good idea. A lot of judges are not interested in ruining someone’s life for a first offense. This provides a punishment that might encourage others to not participate in his lifestyle while also ensuring Rekieta doesn’t reoffend (in theory).
This all hinges on it what Aaron was told being true tho.
It’s not very effective to make someone say “kids don’t do drugs” who hasn’t done drugs. It’s why D.A.R.E. Programs are ineffective. You typically have a cop come in and threaten the kids and say “drugs will ruin your life.” At least that’s what my school did in the 2010s. It would’ve been more effective if they drug someone in wearing an orange jumpsuit who said they were losing out on the next ten years of their life and jonesed so hard they made their arms bleed from scratching. That’s proper scare tactics.I am not sure it is exactly something that would sell them on the idea of using Nick for any advocacy...

What about bodycam footage from his traffic stops? I wanna see him get pissy with the “YOU’RE FUCKING BULLSHIT LYING” and drive away.More knowledgeable legal experts can correct me, but based on my understanding, I believe that bodycam footage is presumably private information,
