Actually, let me play Devil's Advocate with a very simple question:
Is it possible to ban someone twice?
According to
@Kinochet, yes. (The first claim about being banned twice on the same day is wrong - they are different accounts, one has an underscore and one doesn't, Ashton likely banned the wrong account at first)
The "banned" messages only appear if you're a mod I think, it can't be that he did it to send a message to the chat or something.
Maybe he was banned by Tardski originally, and then Asstroon "banned him again". Is there a way to try this out easily?
No. The initial bans were done by Ashton on November 24. This would be when he was talking in the chat.
You can see he even banned Liana 30 seconds later too.
The next ban was done by Ashton live during their show on December 4.
This means that Metokur_Masochist was banned at 2:14:13 into the VOD.
This is the VOD itself which has a live chat replay, it will only be temporarily on Kick, but it's there for now for the full context. They're in the middle of a Dax segment. There's nothing immediately obvious in the chat that prompts this, and he doesn't mention it on stream. Andy is staring at his screens smiling and not moving otherwise, it can't be him who does the ban.

I looked at the live chat replay to see if anything involving MM was said.
Nothing was said before the ban.
This was said a couple seconds after the ban, verify yourself by going to the link above and going to around 2:14:10 and watching Ashton and then watching the chat.
Did Metokur_Masochist accidentally gift more subs on his main account and it was missed? The live chat replays do not contain any info on gifted subs, it doesn't work like the YouTube live chats.
Or did he say something? I think if MM said something in the chat it would be deleted after getting banned again, but I'm not sure.
It seems like a massive coincidence for someone in the chat to joke about MM gifting subs seconds after PPP silently banned him with no commentary, but who knows, I guess it's possible.
