At the end of the day, women have to be concerned about Troons turning violent. Especially as there are examples of Troons assaulting older women at protests and memes around “punch a terf”.

Pooners on the other hand, if they did seriously step to men, then they will get beaten and they know it.

This was posted to reddit by the tattoo "artist" with no additional information about the lil' dood here, but the redditors instantly knew that this was a pooner. Anyone that assumed this is a breast cancer survivor were downvoted. Most commenters think that this looks good on our stunning and brave lil' dood here, and that it "fucks with perspective". It just calls attention to the narrow shoulders and the unnaturally concave chest, which I'm sure the pooner doesn't want us to notice. My line of sight was immediately drawn to the zippertits, unfortunately, so if this was supposed to distract from the scars, I don't think it worked.

Also lol at the melted nipples in the last image. I'm surprised they didn't rot off. What a manly man.

They take the nipples as well with cancer, everything comes off the chest area, can't risk it spreading, whereas most pooners will elect to keep their nips and have them grafted back on. Then there are the crazy surgeons who will do the areolas in crazy shapes for those who always wanted stars for nips. Gender surgery is  weird and idk how it's still considered a serious medical discipline.

I completely skipped past that post until you brought attention to this hapa (iirc) faggot. A bit of unknown info that's been mostly lost to history, but he was also a member of a discord group called the ebic sad bunch. Cancer surgeries vary; if it looks like there's enough margin, nipple options will come up.

Weird that transmen die if they have breast tissue, transwomen die if they don't, but the boring kind of women can survive a medically-necessary mastectomy, even without reconstruction. You'd think you'd hear the heart monitor start alarming as soon as the tits hit the specimen bucket.
