I'm anti abortion but to get so upset at being reminded of what you are stops you from getting an abortion is insane. The idea that they "need" to get rid of any reminders of reality shows how narcissistic and crazy they truly are.

Quite frankly, I tire of ceding language further and further to totalitarian illiterates. "It's a really simple change!" To whom? Certainly not for women who come from countries where English isn't the dominant language who aren't going to know what a "cervix person" is, or for disabled women who need things as simplistic as possible if they're independent (and that's not even touching upon how challenging things can be for many caregivers at the start of their caregiving journeys).

And I can't see how it simplifies medical recordkeeping either, not when you have to parse that a "man" came into the ER with pregnancy complications due to "his" pregnancy that "he" has been expecting with a "woman." Especially when it comes to emergency care, clarity is of the essence - there have been multiple cases, to my recollection, of FTMs enduring "surprise" pregnancies where fetuses will have defects due to testosterone use... and some even lose their babies because the medical staff were tricked into believing their symptoms belonged to a different sex entirely. How was that simple, again?

Pooners are some of the most entitled women you will ever, ever come across, so haunted by phantoms of their own invention that they demand we all keep holy water and salt rings ready for deployment. Do not accommodate them, for it only feeds into their madness.

I always talk about wishing I was a straight woman, as a gay woman, because yaknow, it's actually hard being in the minority.
