let's focus on what matters boys

But that's the thing, if he is actually innocent there is no reason for him to plea guilty.
He isn't. We all know he isn't.
He knows he isn't. The judge knows he isn't.

Fighting this never made sense at any point in time.
It was all Nick blustering and playing the big dick lawyer he pretended to be, but never was.

Is it possible he pleads down to a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor, or is he gonna be a felon like Ralph?
He's totally gamed it, like the mastermind he is. He isn't gonna be gellin like a felon, he's gonna be chillin like a villain.

Putting all of my chips on "Nick goes in expecting to take the plea deal, discovers it is no longer on the table after highly credible evidence of witness tampering his ex-bull Aaron behind the scenes." Come on State of Minnesota don't let me down!

The funniest outcome would be if Nick pulled a "Training Day" and put peanut butter in his ass and scooped it out in court and ate it to try and get an insanity plea.

Didn't Nick say always take the plea deal? So, not taking the deal would be anathema to him, right? So maybe he's going to man up and fight the charge.

Here is my final plea deal cope. Nick is playing 4d balldo chess with the Melton superchat to make us all THINK he's taking the plea deal when in fact he is actually going to trial! As a super lawyer he would always advise someone to take a good plea so he's doing just the opposite, thus outsmarting all of us stupid nerds!

Take that incel prudes!

No matter what happens… there’s still a scheduling conference with Montegraph tomorrow. It’s like Chanukah, we’ll get further milk from Nick until he has to hand the keys to his house and Rustang to Montegraph.
